This is regarding my credit card #XXXXXXXXXXXX4748 transactions which happened on statement date " 9th August 2011 about "STC- travelpack offer for Rs.6,620 (Rupees Six thousand six hundred and twenty only) dated on May 21st 2011. On the above transactions did not purchase this product to you can get the same information from the courier company.The story was during may month,someone fr0m SBI called me about this product for free then i accepted to get them. But when i came to know the charge happened upfront through the credit card bill then i rejected the same when courier person came to deliver it. but all these been filed up & i have been receiving multiple calls everyday starting from june 11". I have been undergoing unnecessary pressure which i don't know to explain, i have explained the same to all your representative but no actions so far but multiple calls on the pending payments. I am regular to loyal customer where i am continuing to pay my loan amount regard # PLGUR0001035505. If there is no action taken on this immediately, i would surrender my card withour even paying my loan emi's. sorry to say this .Please my details for your reference.
