I got several calls for verification and visit to temporary home address. Then after making several requests and calls, I got call from them that it is in status DISAPPROVVED because my address doesn't match with address proof. (They mathced my home address - temporary address, with my company ID). I signed and sent them declaration form (with proofs) regarding my company address as communication address two weeks back and still I have not received my card.

If there is any further delay please let me know the procedure to Cancel the card.

I don't want any typical answer that you are sorry to hear beacause you people never really are. Send me my card or cancel the request.

This is pathetic and I will never recommend anyone for HDFC credit card. Worst service ever.
