I had done online payment of Railway Ticket through my debit card on 01-10-2011 for an amount of Rs.1348. The transaction no. for the above amount is POS 127470489380. But with this same transaction no. my account is debited twice. For this I had done complaint on SBI toll free no. on 05-10-2011 with Complaint Ticket No. AT42922546724 and second time on 21-10-2011 with Complaint Ticket No. AT42922829554. Till date status of both this complaint are coming closed without mentioning any detials. Not only this I also complaint for this on my home branch i.e. State Bank of India, Dhar Branch. They didn't told anything about above two complaint status and moreover they refused to accept my complaint against this by saying that they didn't know what to do and how to do. Moreover they talked very badly and rudly against this matter.


I am sending you encolsed bank statement copy of my account which is clearly reflecting that my account is debited twice for a single transaction with same transaction No.
