Hi!

I have had a saving account with Standard Chartererd bank for years now. This account was continously used by me till June'2011 but since then for 3 months I was not able to use my account and this time when I deposited a cheque of Rs18000/- they blocked a amount of Rs13000/- as a non-usage charge. As per them because I have not maintained the account well they are charging this amount. Though I was never informed about any such charges by anyone otherwise I would have never deposited my salary check of Rs18000 out there.


I really need someone to help regarding the same.
