I had tried to withdraw money from HDFC bank with same bank debit card at rammurthy nagar,bangalore.Instead of getting 20k, i got only 15.5k. 4.5k become disputed amount and i got the receipt for said transaction , 20k has been deducted from my account.

I called to customer care and given complaint and after 5 days i went my home branch bank and logged another complaint for General report (i.e transaction report). Nobody responded for my query and their network team responded that my transaction is successful. They are not going to pay 4.5k to me.

Please anybody help me this regard. Thanks in advance.
