Hello,

I have been using my ICICI credit card since last 3 years approximately. I am genuinely fad up with the way they have bluffed and cheated me. This is the reason being I have stopped making transaction with this card.

My Complaint :
1) While I took the card, I was promised many offers and reward point scheme, but most of them turned out to be a sheer bluff.
2) Please check the ICICI website, you would find many tempting reward point redemption schemes there along with a online redeem button, I am 100% sure that this button is not been working since this website has been designed. If you give call to customer care which normally takes minimum of 5 minute to connect to customer care and finally he/she will inform you that the product you have seen in the website catalog has been discontinued. They have their own catalog of 6-7 product eligible for reward point redemption which are a share waste of time and resource.
So, while selling the credit card, either ICICI should not do fake promises and give references of website to verify the offer, or should fulfill them genuinely.

I am feeling absolutely cheated, please make a conclusion of it, I am sure I want to discontinue the credit card I am having.
