ICICI bank had put RS 2710 on lein from my account since 21st Jan 10 , when I checked with bank why is it?
They said some PL outstanding is pending, and when we go to PL department they were said no outstanding is pending your total payment is cleared, PL department also given me Statement of PL account, as per it there is no dues pending, I returned back to ICICi bank they said they cant do any thing you have check with customer care. Customer care peoples were also have there own problems, like system down, system update and so many other issue.

I'm not geeting any positive response from any one of ICICI bank persons and Customer Care

SUBJECT: - Complain against telegraphic transfer of my fund from my account directly without my concern and knowledge.


Dear Sir,

This reference to the above subject. I have a salary account with ICICI bank since last three months. My account no. is 084401504209. I received sms on my cell phone on dtd: 15/05/2010 at 2:44 pm. Which shows my account was debited with Rs. 27,000/- .After receipt of that message I have visited personally to the Naroda branch of ICICI bank immediately and inform the bank officers about the incident. Bank officer informed me that my fund was transferred through NET Banking. Further I have been informed from my local police station at Naroda to file a F.I.R. in Cyber Crime Branch since this is Cyber crime matter. I require complete account details in which my fund was transferred through NET Banking. I have attached my complete bank statement as on 16/5/2010 for your ready reference.

Kindly share the status of your complaint with Cyber crime, icici and the status of the FIR.
