Shanti Nagar, Mira Road (East), Dist. Thane 401 107

I have availed personal loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank a sum of Rs.99,000/-
on 1/7/2006, which EMI comes to Rs.4,730/- per month for with I have issued
posted dated cheque for the Loan Agreement No.1060259, APAC NO.1060259.

The EMI amount I have paid regularly, some time I have paid cash.

On 09/07/2008 I have paid full & final payment of Rs.50,000/- in respect
Kalina Office has issued receipt No.ATR No.407822 dated 9/7/2008, APAC
NO.1060259, agency Name M.R.I, Collector Name. Mohsin Shaikh vide No.102041
dt.9//7/08 drawn on Allhabad Bank, Mira Road Branch, Rs.50,000/-

I have received Full & FInal settlement letter dated 08/07/2008 from Kotak
Mahindra Bank prior to my full and final payment.

On payment of my full and final payment I am frequently receiving phone
calls from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kalina Branch for EMI payment and abuseing
me in fillthy language and threatening me. their mobile no.is 09223187327.

In above circumstances I humble requeest before you that, please guide me in
the matter and do the needful in the matter.
