    Default Fraud in ATM Transaction (Without successful transaction money debited form account)

    I am an Account holder of Canara Bank of Ulhasnagar, Branch, with ATM Card No. 4214 5802 1903 and account No. 55586.

    I went to Ulhasnagar-4, Dena Bank ATM for cash withdraw on 10th may 09. When I operated Dena Bank ATM to withdraw Rs. 4000/- and 2000/-, system processed and display an error i.e. Transaction declained/ Transaction error. I have not received cash.

    Later, I went to Canara Bank of Ulhasnagar-4 Branch when I checked my account, Rs.4000/- and 2000/- (Total 6000/-) had been debited of 10th May 09, which were not received by me. It was system’s error.

    Branch manager said the process will take max 45 days, now above 90 days are gone still the isue is pending. I done know why ?
    Is this your bank service to any coustomer. ? I think so ulhasnagar Branch staff/manager is not able to give a good service to any of the customer. as like me there is number of issue are pending.

    Here by you are requested that please check record your side and credit Rs.6000/- in favour of my account.

    Default without successfull transaction money debited from a/c

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am Sabita Padhi,At/po-Tudigadia,Dist-Balasore bearing SBI A/C no-30636941839 at your branch.( i.e Soro-07980)

    That,on date-28/11/2009 at 9.30 am I use my sbi ATM card to withdraw balance Rs-700/-(seven hundred rupees only) from ICICI ATM centre whose ATM id is -SICW3513.But transaction is rejected due to error in network connection so card is being rejected and I am also unable to get the balance and transactin slip.But,my balance is debited at the mean time when I check my balance in another ATM counter.

    Hence,I request you that as I am staying 200 km away from your branch and being a student,unable to give the complain at your branch physically.so,please consider this email as complain letter and kindly transfer the unrecoverd amount in favour of my A/C no-30636941839 for which act of yours I remain thankful to you.

    Hi,
    I am an account holder of Vijaya Bank, Andheri (w), Versova branch. On 06/01/09 i debited an amount of Rs 1500 in the evening but strangely the ATM machine got hanged and after a 2 minutes halt it gave the receipt saying "Transaction could not be completed" however suspicious i checked my balance and to my surprise Rs 1500 was deducted without me receiving even a penny. On complaining the issue the next day to the bank they firstly refused then later said to give a complaint in writing. However i've submitted a complaint and am waiting to for their assistance, would let everyone know if this complaint gets resolved ot not

    Dear Sir,
    Most humbly I want to put a request before you that iam a SB acount No.31434 in canara bank, gokul branch, mathikere, bangalore :560054. had deposited cash Rs.7500/- on 24-08-2006 tried to receive cash from ATM at Haripad in alleppey district, in kerala couldn't receive cash instead showing transaction declined so when the next day again I tried to receive cash from atm it been shown insufficient cash ie., nil, so I had complained many times from the year 2006 to 2007 regarding this matter at last I received my cash on 12-12-2007 but deducted unneccessarily some amount also.
    On 16-04-2009 I deposited Rs.1000/- & on 17-04-09 I had withdrawn Rs.800/- I thought the matter that I suffered was over, But now at present on 27-10-09 I deposited Rs.2000/- when I tried to withdraw cash again after few days I found again insufficient balance instead showing credit negative balance at present by deduction of Rs.2000/- from my account, but it is great mistake done by the ATM officers.
    Being this problem noticed by me on 28-10-09 I already had give a complaint letter to canara bank branch manager & also to The customer care service centre of canara bank, but I haven't received any result.

    So I request U Sir to do the needful help as mentioned, in which nobody has to suffer for the future as Iam suffering.
