Dear Sir,

I wish to make a complaint against ICICI bank for not crediting the Payorder of Rs.
10000/-?issued to my account. I had to run from Pillar to post to get the money
credited after one year,

They have given me a compensation of Rs.1000/- which is very meger when compared to
what they charge their customers when we do not pay the borrowed money.
In fact the Payorder was issued for on-line clearnce of my Car loan, Since I had
sufficient money I got saved or else they would have put their own charges.

Now I want to claim the compensation for the losses I have made and the mental
aggony I have gone thru this ICICI bank, Please help me to know where I can register
this complaint in Bangalore, Any contact number you can provide for me to meet them
and give details.
