I am a retired bsnl executive getting pension from sbi kabardanga more branch under the central pension cell of sbi at vivekananda road branch, kolkata. I got the pension arrear on 04.11.2011.

I have automatic deposit of my Georgia Pacific Pension checks since 1992, but the December and now the January checks have not arrived to the bank. I phoned Koch/hewitt throughout December and they told me they could nothing until I received a pin they told me they sent. I did not receive first pin supposedly sent over one month ago, two weeks ago they sent a second pin and it is not here either... yet my January automatic deposit was due 3 days ago as well. The representative I speak with says my account cannot be accessed even by them without this pin number. They refuse to fax it or send it overnight or even by registered mail. Georgia Pacific in Atlanta tells me there is nothing wrong or different about my pension, but only Koch/Hewitt has the power to pay it. I had to pawn my musical instruments and borrow from everyone at high interest rates all through December. I feel they need to pay my late pension and also what it has cost me to keep my head above water throughout the holidays. No one got presents and I owe short term loan companies alot of high interest all because I did not get my automatic deposit and Koch Hewitt has not sent me an access code to my account/and or will not access it for me. I worked Georgia Pacific lumber in Ft. Bragg California for 26 years, I deserve my pension paid on time. Can you help??
