Dear Sir,
I have deposite my local chq on date 10/07/09 at sec-18 noida branch..chq no
302361(amount rs 3701/-).a/c no.13381050001014 but it not cleared. Even i
made call to customer care regarding the che clearance but she did cleared
it and cut the call.She had put the call on hold for a long time saying that
iam confirming with my manager..and then suddenly she pick the phone and cut
it without resolving the issue.i get done within monday.This very hurting.
Why it is not cleared though it was local chq?
I personally visited there for the chq but till that date chq was missingand
they do not give me my chq back even afterseveral call they are not giving
any response. If you can't solve then give my cgq back.Corporate manger
MR.AASHISH SARNA is not ready to talk. Then what is the use of this hdfc
account. Plz do the needfull within monday.It is very neccessary for me.If
chq is lost then who is responsible? if you can't handle,don't make any drop
box. Do it hand to hand.
