I had a call on 30-Jul-2011 evening with this number +911130967200 and that guy stated that he is belonging to SBI Card and tell my billing address. I do believe that he is a genuine executive from SBI. He explained about dining plus card and the tour vouchers and make me to commit for that. I blindly believed and make an amount of Rs 6300/-. He connected me on phone and asked me to enter the credentials and then i got passcode from IVR. He asked me enter that one and Rs 6300/-debited to my credit card. After that i checked the validity of that Dining Plus company in internet and i found that most of the people are become victims like me. Please do the needful and make necessary legal actions on them. If possible please block my transaction and restrict others to know the customer information.

    Thumbs down Dining First card

    I am also a SBI Cardholder and have received the same call from +911149141600 offering Dining Plus Gold Card along with multiple benefits like 40% off on Big Bazar etc, Free holiday in 30 destinations, Health check up etc etc.

    In the end i was asked to pay Rs 5,500 for all this which i refused since there was no Brand name associated with it.

    I am holding the SBI credit card for the past many years. For the past 3 days, I had a frequent calls at many times during the day to my land line number and asked my name. However, I was at my work place, I was not available on my land line.

    Today, in the morning at 9.30 a.m I received a call from this number +911130998300 calling a lady infoming that she was calling from SBI Credit Card Team and my name was selected by them for an attractive scheme of four offers (1) I could stay free for 3days/3ninghts in many hotels in India and many countries to be valid for 9 months. No payment is required to be made to any person there in the Hotel (2) While the Stay in the hotel, I would be reimbursed upto Rs.2000 per day for 2 days towards meals, breakfast, Mineral Water, Coldrinks etd. which I was supposed to spend either in the hotel or even anywhere outside the hotel too. (3) I would be send a free Gift of Rebock worth Rs.2500 and (4) I would be entitled to get discounts on the purchases at many merchandise across India from 5% to 30% upto 12 months.

    After completing the call by the lady, I received an antoher call from a male person who also repeated the above offers and asked me to make a payment of Rs.6300 online at the same time. On my desire to confirm to his offer next day, he dined it and infomed me that the offer was for only a few selected SBI card holders and it was required to make the payment online at the same time. He then, told me that I would receive a SMS from the SBI informing One Time Password for online transaction. During the talk on my land line phone, I immediatey received a SMS from LM-SBICD on my mobile mentiinoing One Time Password. Though, I wonder, how could I receive a password when I have not requested through my mobile which is registered to SBI Credit Card. I am of the opinion that the OTP is being sent through SMS only upon request received from a registrered mobile number and not by third party. However, this thougt come to my mide after I made a payment of of Rs 6300/- by using the OTP. I immedeiately got a SMS from LM-SBICD confirming to have made the pauyment of Rs.6300.

    After making payment, I tried to search through web and found that there are many victims like me who have posted their complaint through this website.

    After that i checked the validity of that Dining Plus company in internet and i found that most of the people are become victims like me. Please do the needful and make necessary legal actions on them. If possible please block my transaction and restrict others to know the customer information.

    In view of the above, I humbly request you to kindly interven the matter and help to get my money back.

    i am an icici credit card holder, since last few years. i was told abt this card (on fone) as icici card. never mentioned dining card. i was told that i will get 20% discount on merchandise etc.when i received this card today, i was shocked to see this is just a dinging card. i am not at all interested in holding this card and using this.pls help. (the telecon for this card is recorded with merchant) how can stop my emi for this? and send the card back.

    Default Dining Plus Executives Fraud and inappropriate language !!

    Looks this Dining Plus is Fraud and even executives use very inappropriate language when you mentioned NOT INTERESTED to talk ..... I never think such inappropriate language used by any Tele-executive even the company is meant as Fraud... The call came from the number +911130971200. Very cheap and third class category tele-executive I presume !!!!

    Dear Sir,
    I was contacted by some person from no. 01130952400. After confirming my details, I was offered for a Dining Card plus other gifts against some money to be charged against my credit card no. 5289455003115109. I was told that Rs. 499/-.will be charged from my credit card and will be shown in next billing. Now on receiving an SMS from HDFC Bank in evening, I came to know that It's Rs. 5499/- instead of Rs. 499/-.And I neither received any IVR nor I was asked for .

    Exclamation Fraud by Dinning Plus

    I Sri Soumendu Karmakar s/o Sri Jahar Lal Karmakar, residing at Anadamoyee Apartment, 8/15, N. K. Chatterjee Street, Kolkata – 700056, holding a SBI credit card, like to draw your kind attention on the following:

    • Few months ago I got a phone call from Dinning Plus, Delhi in which they offered me a “Discounting card” on free of cost as a privilege for using SBI Card., which I refused.

    • They went on insisting continuously assuring no monitory burden.

    • Ultimately I agreed and on their request informed them my Credit Card number. They assured me to that I will receive the card within 7 days. But I did not receive any card within that time limit.

    • After about 20 days I received a phone call again from Dinning Plus informing me that they are going to debit an amount of Rs. 5,499/- (Five thousand four hundred ninety nine only) from my above SBI credit card as a cost of card and they are going to dispatch the same.

    • I sternly refused; inform them to cancel the offer and not to debit the amount.

    • Immediately I enquired with SBI Card and I was happy to know that there was no deduction till then.

    • After my refusal, they continued pursuing me to accept the offer and every time I refused them.

    • On 25/10/2011 I was surprised to receive a SMS from SBI card informing me that an amount Rs. 5,499/- had been debited to my SBI credit card in favour Dinning plus.

    Kindly note that this forced transaction is against my will as such is completely illegal.

    I would, therefore, request you to take necessary action against this fraud and arrange to recover the amount.

    Dear Friends,

    I just recieven a call from the same source this morning about the dining card. I immediately logged into this site while i was on the call and read this. This call was from the number: +911130971200. They tried to convince me the benefits of the card but sounded very unproessional. I immdtly though it must be a fraud. Thanks to this site I got to know the reality and rejected the same. I read to them couple of harsh reviews and they were silent. They hung up the call while I was reading. Seems I am safe because o you all. Thanks a ton all of you!

    Default Dining Plus Fraud

    Yesterday nov 3 2011 i received a call from dining plus and he had my complete details like name, address, ICICI CC # and he said that it is free of cost. But later i found that they have detected 5500 from my account.

    The number from which I got the call is 91140950001.

    This company is fraud.

    I have received the same calls two days before from the company called 'Cache Mercantile', i had made the payment of rs.4500 but later i came to know they are fraud from this site, now its too late. This company is in noida but when I reached to the mentioned address at their site I came to know there is no company at the said address.
    Pls block suck objects in the society...
