    Sir/Mam,This is an official complaint against Mr. P Mohhanna ( Sr. manager) Indian
    Overseas bank, Golpark Branch, kolkata- 700019Complaint subjected is ON SATURDAYS at
    10.30 am he dont work and if a customer ask for , but they are open. And
    also he insulted  us  in a shameful manner.After asking for so
    many times to do the favour he turned his face.We ask several time for a written
    clarification but he said i will neither give a clarification nor i will do your
    work.My point is, if they dont work on saturdays they should keep a board outside
    the bank So, that customers will not cancell their other committments and also bank
    is from customers, if they cant treat a customer properly  then they have no
    rights to run such a bank.I want to file a case against the corrupt banker P.
    Mohhanna for harressment and misbehaving with us. Pls look into the matter and
    do the needful.Enclosing a copy of complaint to The banks Official

    This is to draw your attention to the following :

    Demand Draft No. 9857706739 for USD 1000.00 issued by JP Morgan Chase Bank was deposited at the IOB, New Alipore, Kolkata Branch in SB A/c. No. 12188 on 07th. October 2011. Till date the amount has not been credited to the account. On enquiry, the Manager and other staff are only giving vague replies about cooling period, delays in clearing etc. It is surprising that your Senior Manager is not giving a firm date regarding the cooling period. Please be informed that this amount had been sent to cover immediate medical expenses and if it does not serve this purpose due to delays at your end, I will have no alternative but to approach the Consumer Court and claim compensation as per the law.

    The above was also complained earlier and the Complaint No. was GA 141101 Dt. 14.11.11.

    A reply from you would be appreciated.
