Hi professionals,

iam yugandhar.Yatham, some one has hacked my credit card(ICICI - 4629864303957007) and made the purchase of 26,000 rs

The purchase has been done through online in DELL SALES & SERVICE.

the purchase date is 4th of july, but the amount has been debited from credit card is on 08th of july.

i was not done these purchase in online nor i was not share my passwords to any one.
and i didn't get any mobile alerts for these purachse amount from ICICI Bank.

i already registered the mobile alerts for this credit card why these people has not informed to me.

on 08th itself i raise a call to customer care and they told me to send fax to ICICI Bank regarding the issue. there is no response till now.

and also i spoke with the dell manager mr.Ashwin Kumar. he told me that the ICICI people has did any complaint for this. some oredrs are alraedy has in place.

plaese help me how can i get back my amount & with whom i approch to resolve this issue.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am having a ICICI bank credit card since last 5 years and i don not having any problem with this one . But on 15 Dec, 2011 I cheated by Indian Health Organisation and they got 4400 INR through my credit card . Immediately i realized i was cheated and called a ICICI customer care for cancellation of Bill payment of that merchant but they are unable to do.
Then i want to know what should i do.
My card no is 447747****4008 .
