    Post withdrawl amount without my permission



    Sir
    I am having my Saving a/c no 911010006647708 in Axis Bank .I am facing poor service from this branch .Following problems I am facing and my account having Rs 4940 o on 23.06.2012 .I m the student of B.sc Maths and having account for savings but the branch had debited Rs 750+ 92=842.70 without any information . I contact to the brnach manager and the branch manager refuse to here my matter and says that u can compaint my head office , the debited amount shall not tranfer to your S.B Account . when I open the account in the branch and the concern officer had suggested theat you have balance in your account minimum 1000 . My account having 4940 /- standing balance at the time debited my account .so it is the negleance of the branch .and it is also submitted that student account is opened on zero balance .the branch is unnationalized so the branch had wrongly debiting my account .It is requested to you , plz directed to the branch concern that the wrongly debited amount be transfered to my S.B Account and inform must .

    Thumbs down Not Loyal with Loyal Customers

    I have applied for personal loan in the Local branch Udaipur. Have provided all the documents requested by the local branch and also requested that this is very urgent and please do not give any excuse after submitting all the documents. They committed to process the loan in seven working days, inspite of urgency I have agreed and assured by the axis bank that It will get process as per commitment.I have waited for seven days and was continuously trying to get the details if my loan is under process or not but never gets the feedback. The people does not have atticate to talk also. Now when I lost my patience on them, then they are giving me such stupid excuses that my documents are not complete.

    As a loyal customer from past two years, I have first time applied for the loan and got such a disgusting services. I am totally disheartened and will try not be a part of Axis Bank ever.

    A word of mouth really works a lot...............

    Default issue of NOC

    i sunil kumar have an account in axis bank now i want to change my account toSBI bank. i required NOC from your bank. i went a lot of times to axis bank but the staff was not copretive and till now i did not get the NOC and i had wasted four months in this procedure and now i get full fed up with this bank.so please issue me the NOC as soon as possible.my email is itsmeak906@gmail.com and my contact no is 09596690639

    Post Regarding debit of Rs.108 on transaction

    Dear Sir,
    Transactions made by customer bearing SB A/c 910010010280053 in other Banks, it seems to be funny that the said Axis-bank has only two ATMs existing in the capital city of Srinagar. It is beyond to imagination to avail the ATM facility in main branch after crossing 25 kilometers among the huge traffic. it seems that your bank is making mockery of banking services in Srinagar. The second negative point is there is no loan facility in the bank for their customers as per the norms of RBI.
    Hope the grievance shall be redressed at an earliest.

    Mr. Das / Bijani,

    I want to bring my case in your notice so that I can get support. On 20th August someone hacked my account and used 25000/- Rs as recharged of unknown 25 Mobile Numbers. Believe me, I never ever shared any details with anyone by knowingly or unknowlgly.

    ON 20th August 2012( Iid Festival), I have approached in Police Station as well as Cyber cell and registered Complaint. Copy has been attached for your reference. I have also logged a complaint in Customer care.

    On 21st August I have also logged in Complaint Axis Bank, Lamington Road. Then after I have started to make follow-up with branch head and other people. But I did not get any satisfactory reply. Everyone doing his back but I don’t know when I would get money.

    Now days every weekend I have to sit in Police station like as a criminal to investigate the case. Every day I have to call your Lamington road branch person to get update but they have no reply.

    Did I make a mistake to open the account with Axis Bank?

    Really now I totally frustrated and disappointed. I don’t know where I have to approach. As well I don’t have sufficient money to run my family. I am common man who not has enough money.

    Please realize my situation and revert my money. If you need any information, please let me know but do needful.

    Post ATM facilities

    I am Ravankol Karthik with A/C no :912010011024870.

    I wanted know what kind of ATM centers are you providing to customer . On 11/10/2012 morning i wanted to withdraw amount form ATM which is opp pass port office(sec-bad) , due some technical problem . I am unable to draw the amount . i went to near my ATM center at west marredpally which is out of services . and i had to again travel to other center at west marredpally . Here too i had faced same problem . I was urgently in need of money . I had already drawn 3 times from other bank .when i can use other ATM only why are you providing ATM's center and fooling the customer's. I requesting your management to respond to ATM facilities .


    Hopping that you will respond to ASAP.

    Default very very poor system & ignorance of customer

    as we had taken loan from bank from the 2. months the amout of emi is not debeting from our accout so today 15\10\2012 we called customercare for this problem but they did't reply us proprly they are replying us that we should go to the loan branch with D.D of due emi & resolve the problem. & they will not return us the cheque which was not presented . how it is possible when the problem is from bank due to eror of bank system they fail to precent the cheque of 2. emi . why should we suffer these harassment. please help us to solve the problem & present both cheque in account & our balance is always suffiecient for emi amout.

    Dear sir/mam


    I am very disapointed customer by your managers.I have an account in your bank 912010014661946 in the name of Mr.DEEPAK in NAC BRANCH MANIMAJRA CHANDIGARH...

    That since from date 26.07.2012 the account has been seized by your good-self illegally without any instrusctions of any competent authority and I am unable to operate my account.Approximately, an amount of Rs. 40,000/- is lying in my account and I m losing my interest on my amount every month.

    It is therefore humbly submitted to you to remove the seizure from the account no.912010014661946 or to close my account after giving me my money otherwise I will be at liberty to take a legal action against your good self.

    Default cheque still not recivied

    i had given account closer form in Bangalore axis bank(kormangala branch) account closed on 19/11/2012. but till now i dint got my amount through A/C payee cheque. (a/c no.910010021030573) account holding in branch tarnaka, Hyderabad (A.P) customer id. 835108000.
    kindly do the need full as soon as possible.
