I have a savings salary account and a credit card with ICICI Bank.
Today approximately Rs 31 347/- were deducted from my salary account without any intimation through sms, e-mail or letter (ICICI bank has all the details), even after this freezing of account nobody bothered to inform me. I receive sms on my mobile number for any transaction I make but I have not received any sms on this stealing of money.
I had Rs 38,786/- in my ICICI savings account and suddenly it started showing 7335.45 (after I made a purchase of Rs 104.27 /- I received the sms with this amount).
I called ICICI customer care and they informed me that the amount has been freezed in lieu of non-payment credit card bill (approx. Rs 31000/-), limit of this credit card is Rs 50, 000/- and there is nobody available from the department which is responsible for this.
