This Nuisance letter I received from Mr.D Sathyaraj,Advocate.This particular letter is regarding settlement of the Credit Card debt of Mr.Suhas P Joshi & his Credit Card No:4346781004007860.In my all previous complaints I have mentioned that no person by name Mr.Suhas P Joshi lives on my address but in spite of my repeated mail & complaints I am always harassed by HDFC Bank Credit Card collection agency.Now this is high time for me to approach to Consumer Redressal Forum&file a law suit for this harassment.I have preserved all the notices & assurance mails sent by your department.I tried to contact your bank officers at 022-30751711/30751712 but no response.
In spite of getting an assurance from you how come they are sending me these Nuisance letters & phonogrames after every 5 to 6 months.It's high time I can't tolerate any more..Now enough is enough.Why should I receive third party collection calls,Notice or Nuisance letters?This time there are two officers names mentioned in this letter.(1)Ritu Manek,09320136607(2)Amish Randheria 09323176796,I called up to Miss Ritu Manek,09320136607 but she was not available So I spoke with her Assistant Miss Sneha & she told me to call at 11am on 11/5/2011.I have recorded that conversation.
until&unless I don't receive a concrete assurance I am not going to budge for this matter at all.Below you can find an assurance mail sent by you.

Dear Sir,
I issued a cheque to my society for maintenance somehow it was unsigned by me, neither cheque receiver (society memeber) not cheque collector (Bank personnel) check it is unsigned & shouldn't get deposited.
It happened the same what I was worried for when got message immeditely contatcted HDFC bank (cheque issuer bank) but since they have centralised clearing system which couldn't help to sign the cheque & dishonoured by them. Bassein Catholic Co-op Bank (Bhayander Branch) has charged penalty of Rs.50/- to society & society to me alongwith penalty interest of unpaid maintenance on my next bill.
Question: Isn't bank responsibility to check the cheque whether it is signed or not, future dates mentioned etc. & how can they accept such cheques which are unsigned. As per them it is customer's responsibility but in other way if customer deposit cash then they check notes & if it is torned or taped then they return to customer.
Awaiting for a response from you, as I tried to contact Branch Manager but as per him they have volume of work & can't spend time on a each transaction & told it is customer's responsibilty.
