Dear Sir / Madam

Am Malathi.S from Bangalore . I am raising this complaint due to negligence shown ICICI bank in reaching my Demand Draft to correct & present address.This has happened even after providing proper documents at Bank.

Actually i was holding A/C with ICICI Bank ( A/C # 023001500012), during April 2011 i have approached ICICI Bank RT Nagar and submitted the documents required ( PAN Copy, BSNL recently paid telephone bill & Driving licence) for Bank for closing A/C. The Bank was holding my previous residence address ( Sri Nanjundeshwara Nilaya , 1st cross, Thimaiah Garden , Lingappa Block , RT Nagar, Bangalore -560032), it was clearly stated for them in the application indicating that ,please send the DD for my present address and hence to support this i submitted recently paid BSNL telephone bill.

After doing all these the bank has couriered the DD to my old address, which is an act of negligence. Even after this i have repeatedly approached customer care, where they are not even bothered to respond .

I am raising this compliant at consumer because am irritated the way the Bank is treating.Please help me .
