This is to inform you that I lost my ATM cum debit card at HDFC ATM chandanagar and the same was misused by the lifter for purchase before the card was hotlisted through the phone banking as it was holiday for the branch, and the information was given to the banking branch the following day and the bank sought an FIR certificate of the same which took some days in getting the same from the police authorities after getting the same when the bank was approached they asked for indemnity and the same was submitted to the bank. Till so far I had neighther got the amount credited to my account and no communication was made by the bank. I had suffered due to the same.
