I had deposited 2 Foreign Currency cheques in HDFC Bank and Bank Credited the respective Amount in my Account within 1 month. After that I sent the goods worth that amount to the Foreign Client. But after one month of sending the goods to my client, The Bank didnt clear my 2 local cheques which I had issued to my local parties although my Account had sufficient amount. Also my all the amount was blocked by Bank and i suffered financial crisis due to none of my fault.
