Dear sir,

From union Bank of India, thudiyalur Branch,coimbatore
I have recieved the ATM card my self only uising card
shocking while take mini statement three time sep and oct'11 month
Rs.4020, 4000, 4020 taken in my saving account
wihtout my knowledge, still there is no any response following is my complaint letter given to the BANK

Dear sir,

I am having saving account in Union bank of India,- Savings Account no: 335002010051947

at Coimbatore, Thudiyalur branch, complaint given to the branch dt: 9/10/11 and 18/10/11

I very much shocking of Bank in your bank service, in the ATM with drawl, so many disputes

in my accounts as well as improper feed back, already complaints registered to

conern branches but there is no any response, now I decide to close the account since these type of problem regularly

My complaint is: Without my knowledge debited amount in my account, Three times

like Rs.4020/-, Rs.4000/-, Rs.4020/- from my saving account, incident dt: 13/09/11

and 4/10/11 and 15/10/11 respectively and I don't know how it was debited and whom has

taken, while I ATM card with me also which ATM centre and location of ATM any amount debited in my

savings account, now I have returned my ATM card concern branch,due to this dispute, there is no

any respone and they have not reveresed money in my account.

Customer care no also no response

Since I fed up in this regarding, kindly reverse my amount, take serious action in this case. to avoid future criminal and I want complete details of record of proof to me. as soon as possible
