    Angry HDFC Bank: Fraudulent Banking Services

    I am not sure whether anyone in HDFC care about their customers or not. When I called your customer care department to know the reason of zero balance in my savings account (********2278; Branch - IP Ext, Patparganj), they said that your balance amount is on put on hold by the HDFC credit card department. I was surprised and shocked to know the reason as I have NEVER applied for any HDFC card nor do I have one. I called up your credit card department to know the credit card number (************1425) and to confirm the account holder name. They said in case of any dispute, you have to call our billing department (011-****1511). I also included by personal banker (as my husband is a Classic customer - what a joke) - Mr. Yudhvir Singh (011-****7385) on to the conference call with the billing department and they asked for all the details (from my name to my PAN # etc) and asked for a weeks' time to investigate at their end. In the meanwhile, I have also asked my personal banker to logde a complain (****20003) as the billing department refused to give any case/ reference ID. I kept waiting for five days and today I again called the billing department to know the status of their investigation and spoke to Miss. Radhika and according to her, HDFC credit card devision has investigated the issue and according to HDFC, the credit card is on my name and I am responsible for this VIRTUAL liability. Me and my husband are associated with HDFC bank in various forms (savings account, car loan, securities etc) and this is not what we expected from your bank. We are very proud of our credit ratings and in order to ensure that you would not do this again to any other customer , to ensure no impact on credit rating and to safeguard our hard earned money , my husband is filing a case against HDFC in the high court and talking to couple of media firms to publish this story in leading news papers. I am not going to stop here. Thank you for everything.

    Default My HDFC BANK Salaried account has been blocked

    This is vinoth from bangalore, i want to know why my salary account has been blocked even i paid the due

    Can anyone call me on my mbile, so that i can give more details, my entire salary is been blocked now. From morning 9 am i am calling HDFC BANK folks but noone is helping out
