Sub: - Not refunding my money for 4months.
Respected Sir,
I am GAJANFAR BATAWALA. I have Overdraft A/c num: 201325100001392 and Cash Credit a/c 201330110000006 in your bank of India Relief Road branch name Prominent Stores.
I am taking this facility against the mortgage of my property and Insured it from TATA AIG General insurance company policy no.2200013728
Its expiry date was 31/7/2009 but I submitted the cheque on 30th July ch. No.148061 of Rs.1432/- as a renewal premium and submit the receipt to the BOI relief road br. And cheque was passed on 3rd of August 2009.
But after two months on 16th OCT 2009 bank deducted Rs.1009 as a insurance premium from my Cash Credit a/c 201330110000006.
When I asked about this to the branch manager Mr. J.K.Patel that how come you deduct the premium amount which I already paid before two months. And how come you deduct any amount from my a/c without informing me. He said asked Mr.Modh about this; he will look into your matter. He doesn't show any responsibility.
When I asked Mr.Modh about this he said me that it will deduct 'coz of our staff. They misplaced your receipt.
(Here I want to inform you that they have misplaced my Credit Card form twice and manager Mr. J.K.Patel knows it).
Your all the staff members are lazy and they always harass the customer to send them on one table to another.
After 4 months on 16th Feb.2010 at 14:10 i am go to the BOI relief road branch to ask for updates about my complain, Manager Mr. J.K.Patel is not available, staff said it is not sure whether he is coming back or not. So I asked Mr. Modh about my complain he said you write a letter on your letter pad to the company, company is not listening us.
My questions are:
1) Is it my duty to write to the insurance company and cleaning a mess which your staff always created?
2).Why branch deduct a premium which I already paid before two months and submitted a receipt to the branch?
3) Is it my fault that your lazy and union shielded staff misplaced my receipt?
4) Have those rights to deduct a premium from my a/c without informing me?
5) After deducting my hard earned money they telling me that have patience it will come into your account one day in very light mood.
6) Is it the way you treat your customers and advertise about the RELATIONSHIP BEYOND BANKING
7).Is it not your managers duty to look into the customers matter when he came forward with complain.
8) I am very hopeful that your higher authority is not lazy to listen the customer’s problem as your branch staff.
