    Respected,
    With reference to the subject line I would like to draw your attention towards my unfair treatment by the Bank of India.
    Further I posses a joint saving account with my wife Manju Saini in Bank of India A/c no. 603410110002959 in the branch Rajouri garden New Delhi. I had purchased Kotak Mutual fund from Kotak Mahindra in Oct 2008. Now from Oct 08 to March 09 my ECS were cleared from my Bank A/c no. 603410110002959 without any problem.

    But April 09 and May 09 ECS were not processed by the bank. On confirmation the Kotak Mahindra people told me that the bank of India has not processed the transaction stating “NO SUCH ACCOUNT” same was repeated for the month of May 09. I had sufficient amount in the bank account for the transaction. Still the bank refused to pay on above note.
    Now if I pay for the pending transaction I have to bear a lose of my mutual fund units due to market fluctuations.
    I am not wrong at any given point. And I am made to pay for the same. I am writing this to you in hope for a fair justice and the bank should repay me for my loses and mental harassment.

    Default Not refunding my money for 4months

    The Bank of India
    Sub: - Not refunding my money for 4months.

    Respected Sir,
    I am GAJANFAR BATAWALA. I have Overdraft A/c num: 201325100001392 and Cash Credit a/c 201330110000006 in your bank of India Relief Road branch name Prominent Stores.
    I am taking this facility against the mortgage of my property and Insured it from TATA AIG General insurance company policy no.2200013728
    Its expiry date was 31/7/2009 but I submitted the cheque on 30th July ch. No.148061 of Rs.1432/- as a renewal premium and submit the receipt to the BOI relief road br. And cheque was passed on 3rd of August 2009.
    But after two months on 16th OCT 2009 bank deducted Rs.1009 as a insurance premium from my Cash Credit a/c 201330110000006.
    When I asked about this to the branch manager Mr. J.K.Patel that how come you deduct the premium amount which I already paid before two months. And how come you deduct any amount from my a/c without informing me. He said asked Mr.Modh about this; he will look into your matter. He doesn't show any responsibility.
    When I asked Mr.Modh about this he said me that it will deduct 'coz of our staff. They misplaced your receipt.
    (Here I want to inform you that they have misplaced my Credit Card form twice and manager Mr. J.K.Patel knows it).
    Your all the staff members are lazy and they always harass the customer to send them on one table to another.
    After 4 months on 16th Feb.2010 at 14:10 i am go to the BOI relief road branch to ask for updates about my complain, Manager Mr. J.K.Patel is not available, staff said it is not sure whether he is coming back or not. So I asked Mr. Modh about my complain he said you write a letter on your letter pad to the company, company is not listening us.
    My questions are:
    1) Is it my duty to write to the insurance company and cleaning a mess which your staff always created?
    2).Why branch deduct a premium which I already paid before two months and submitted a receipt to the branch?
    3) Is it my fault that your lazy and union shielded staff misplaced my receipt?
    4) Have those rights to deduct a premium from my a/c without informing me?
    5) After deducting my hard earned money they telling me that have patience it will come into your account one day in very light mood.
    6) Is it the way you treat your customers and advertise about the RELATIONSHIP BEYOND BANKING
    7).Is it not your managers duty to look into the customers matter when he came forward with complain.
    8) I am very hopeful that your higher authority is not lazy to listen the customer’s problem as your branch staff.

    Angry Complaint aganist the HDFC bank Rajkot

    My name is Divyesh.D.Vora .I have a Complain against the Employees. Before 6 month, I have tried to transfer my A/C from Jamnagar Branch to Rajkot Main Branch. I have also tried to add my Saving A/c to Preferred A/c. My Firm A/c is preferred. I have talked my RM who is held my firm’s A/c to Add my name in my Firm A/c.He talked me to open a new A/c and then convert new A/c to Preferred A/c.When he talled me the close the old A/c and open a new A/c, and I will suggest to transfer my A/c from Jamnagar to Rajkot. He talled me OK for the transfer and I submit the Transfer Form to RM.After 5-6 days I call the RM for my a/c is transfer or not. He can’t pick up my phone. Then I go to bank and ask the RM WHY MY A/C IS NOT TRANSFER? He told me the form is misplaced and I also sign a new form and get it to the RM.Then after I go to bank after 15 days, he talled me I forget your form and say SORRY. Then He talled, in some days I will transfer you’re a/c.But he can’t process to my A/c and when I ask him WHY MY A/C IS NOT TRANSFER? He tells me I forget your form in my DRAWER. Then after he can’t start the process to transfer the A/c. Now I am tried from him .In now a days, I go to bank regularly and ask my a/c is transferred or not. He can’t give me the reply about my a/c is not transferred or not. Then in November I will repeat the process to transfer my a/c.I will go to bank Many times but operator told me go to there and there. At last I decided to close my a/c and I go to branch to close my a/c,I take a form for closing the A/c.But at that time one employee of the bank to co-operate with me and support me to transfer the A/c.Then I think let me the last try. I agree with him. Last time i.e. 3rd time I fill up the transfer form and submit it to operator. After 5-6 days I go to bank for confirmation, my a/c is transfer or not. At that time Operator talled me the form is rejected because he forget to write the CUST ID in the form and then he send my form to the main office. These whole processes are running 15-20 days. And last my a/c is transferred and my new a/c no. is given to me. In these all process I will charge from bank to NOT MAINTAIN the Balance in the A/c.I ask one thing WHY I SHOULD PAY THE CHARGE .Your employees is faulty in these whole process and I will get a charge because of my a/c is not transferred at right time. I m not responsible to pay the charges against your employees fault.So I will tell try to help to solve these problem as soon as possible.

    Cool Complaint against bank of india

    i am sagar kumar,here by want to draw your attention over my problem that in the year 2009,16 oct,at 20.50 hrs,i was doing a transaction for rs.5000 from the atm of bank of india,gandhi chowk,gaya,bihar.but,the transaction was not successful and i neither got the money nor the receipt.i applied 5 to 6 times against my failed transaction in the bank of india,sini,jharkhand(parent account) but i only got the transaction number and reference number with the blank assurance that my problem would be solved soon but today 04.04.10,it is more than 6 months i am not having my solution.
    I am a govt employ and my money is very important for me and my family.
    Ultimately i am applying in your court in view of your jurisdiction and I hope that i would get justice as soon as possible.

    We will take legal action in that

    Respected,
    With reference to the subject line I would like to draw your attention towards my unfair treatment by the Shiv Ram branch manager of Bank of India.
    Further I posses a saving account Bank of India A/c no. 606910110002614 in the branch Uttam nagar New Delhi.
    Iam going from one month but shiv ram DELAY in loan.
    Shortest in my staff and you are coming from after January.
    I am not wrong at any given point.

    Post Blackmailing and harassing by HDFC Ltd.

    Dear Sir,
    I am Ashwani Kumar, have taken Home loan from HDFC Bank, Mudirka Branch, Delhi on July 2008 of INR 225000/- each ( A/C No. 586446499 A/C No. 586447603). While disbursement, I was submitted all original documents like original property registration paper, Allotment letter etc. when I asked for acknowledgment, they said, within a week you will get all acknowledgments. After 10 days when I visit to branch they again repeated same word. There after I visited several time to branch and wrote several mails but they did not send acknowledgments. I also did FIR at Delhi, Patpargunj Thana, they commit same thing to Police. I also warm them to STOP EMI several times and finally stop payments of EMI after one year.
    Then I thought to clear one loan first and now I have paid all dues of one loan (on 25th Jan 2011) at Patna, Gandhi maidan Branch, Patna, Bihar and I have asked for paper. again They are not giving proper reply nor paper to me. They are asking to start paying EMI of another loan.
    Kindly help me from this blackmailing. I am Shifted to Patna Bihar. I am willing to clear all dues, but before that I would like to receive original paper of clear loan and see other original papers. I will pay full and final amount within a month. Kindly find all communications which I had with HDFC Ltd.

I have also given several mails for justice, but till date no body turn-up. Now I am fad-up, with HDFC Bank, hence I am stopping all cheques, which I have given to Bank. If you will deposit chq., I will also settle bouncing charges with HDFC’s account. Hence don’t deposit my cheques, without my permission. I hope, this is the only last option, I have! Contract agreement against chq expected – 2 set (for loan expansion) 3. Acknowledgment of chq – 2 set 4. Acknowledgment of all above documents – 2 set. 5. Acknowledgment of all documents, which I have submitted. Etc if any On trust of HDFC, I have signed all documents. I was also promised by HDFC, will get all documents within 2-3 working days by courier or agent. Hence you need to sign all documents, other wise we could not sent. Form past four months, I am struggling to get said documents and cheq (which I was promised). I have also made several calls and visit to HDFC bank to get said documents. I have also given several mails for justice, but till date no body turn-up. Now I am fad-up, with HDFC Bank, hence I am stopping all cheques, which I have given to Bank. If you will deposit chq., I will also settle bouncing charges with HDFC’s account. Hence don’t deposit my cheques, without my permission. I hope, this is the only last option, I have! It is really hope-less service, which I am getting from HDFC bank. After stopping cheque, you have send one documents. I don’t know, how much year/time you will take to send rest of documents. After verifying documents, you approved 4.25 lac, but while disbursement, issued chq. of Rs. 2.25lac. Still I did not understand, your procedure of approval and disbursement. Kindly send rest of documents as soon as possible. Until unless, I will get all documents, I will not release any cheques.     Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am an acount holder of SBI vide a/c no 11168740964.On 29-04-2011 I
    went to withdraw Rs 5000.00 from the Atm of Dena bank siliguri.My card
    was captured in Dena banks Atm. On enquiring with Dena bank I was
    asked to go to the nearest Dena Bank branch with a valid Id proof and
    to produce it to branch official and then they will return me the
    card.So I went to the Dena bank branch and met with Mr Harish Chandra
    Rout manager of Dena Bank siliguri. I was carying my valid driving
    licence and when I asked for my Atm card he misbehaved with me very
    badly.He started shouting that since I have not signed in the back
    side of the card so it does not proof that the card is mine whereas my
    name was clearly embossed on the front side of the debit card. He told
    me openly that since I have not signed in the back side of the card he
    will not be able to return it to me. I had a complain against the
    manager of Dena bank that inspite of my name written on the card how
    can he deny for not returning the card to me. and also the way he has
    behaved with me since I was not their bank's customer is not at all
    acceptable. Being holding such a big position in such an esteemed bank
    how can he behave like this. I need proper explanation from the
    concerned authority for such misbehaviour.

    Default Complaint against bank of india chas,branch manager

    Dear sir ,


    myself ankit arya having a/c. In bank of india,chas branch with
    a/c no.- 479610110005471 . I went bank for finance of my two wheeler
    of rs.40,000. He asked me for itr,other bank cheque,and many of other
    things & we have fulfill his all process. But unfortunately he
    forced us for taking insurance policy. When we dinie to take the
    insurance policy,he scold us & told that he will not pass our
    loan. But we have in need of loan.

    So i request u to take strict action against this.

    Default Money debit from account without any notice.

    Hello,

    I would like to draw your kind attention that we are running a CD account bearing no CD5463 with Jammu and Kashmir Bank Lajpat Nagar since 2007, today three of my suppliers called me as said that there is no Money in the account and my checque's were bounced, i went to bank for the reason and they said that they have transferred around 58000 Rupees to some J&K Bank branch in Srinagar as they claimed that i owe to them which i don't know, now when i am asking them for the reason they are saying that i should go to Srinagar and confirm from there where as i live in Delhi since 12 Years, I don't know who gave the authority to the bank to transfer the money from anybody's account without any notice even though if i owe them.

    So i would like to file a case against bank and request a claim of 500000 Ruppes a bounced checques tarnished my company's credibility in the market which took me years to build.

    Please take a stern action against bank so nothing like this happens with anybody else in future.
