Hon'ble Sir/Madam,
Being compelled to approach your Honor, I submit a complaint against the Andhra Bank
Chandni Chowk for their indifferent and irresponsible behavior .The request for
rates of tds from my fixed deposit has not been clarified rather looks as if it is
at their sweet wish and there are no rules or norms.I request your Honor to get my
grievance redressed at an early date.

The DD was collected by me from the manager himself.Need only to know the rates of
TDS. The rates in BOI are 10.5 pc on the interest earned.
Please get this clarified .If required this email can be forwarded to the bank manager.

:today i got a dd for rs 129720 only from handni chowk branch as my FD was matured
on 2/3/09 Maturity value was Rs 131544.00 and the difference of Rs 1824.00 was
deducted as TDS.Want clarifications for the rates of TDS at a very early date. The
said account no . is077320002001072.Moreover the branch computer didnt show any TDS.
