Pls let me know if the decison taken by bank personnel can be a combination of the rules before and after the incident happened. Because I have a judegement which says sastry award of 1995 and a supersession of april 2002 rule is combined and a dismissal without notice is awarded for an incident happened in 2001. Is that genuine? pls let me know.
