I am in receipt of your letter dated 24.12.2010 for the closure of my above mentioned saving A/c. Please note that I holding this A/c from last 18 years with your branch and I am regularly operating this A/c with sufficient balance.

Please also note that I have already issued advance installments cheques against the housing loan taken from HDFC Ltd and I have also given details of this A/c in income tax return & various transactions. I am not able to understand any reason for such A/c closure notice.

I am not in a position to close this A/c as it is used for my day to day transaction. So, I request you to withdraw this notice and keep this A/c with your branch.
