    Default Cheated by credit card department hdfc bank

    I Mr Dhananjay Wadkar was continously called by the HDFC credit card department inorder to take a mediclaim policy for my whole family using my credit card.
    As i never used my credit card to make any purchases for high amount so i refused then they told me that there is no requirement of age proof or previous health related records upto age of 55years but my father is more then 55yrs so the executive whom i was speaking with told me that not a problem if incase they are admitted in the hospital i have to only show the health card which they will issue once i go ahead and purchase and then i will receive all terms and conditions in writing and even there is a cancellation period of 45 day within which i can go head and cancell the policy incase i am not satisfied .so i did the same i said yes i and they asked me to speak to the HDFC Ergo customer care department and verify.
    I received the documents within 15 days and when i read the whole policy details it stated that i need to produce any photo id like voters card or age proof now as the credit card customer care agent told me that it wont make any problem as nothing stating age proof is needed at the time of admission in the hospital.
    Then i called the HDFC Ergo customer told her every thing what happened she said that i am correct even she had received many calls from the customer stating that the credit card department has given wrong assurance about the age/photo proof non requirment.
    I have already paid two installments and even called the credit card department to solve the query they told me to pay the installment and they will solve my query next month but no one called ftrom the credit card department now even after paying the second month installment now its clear that they are least bothered and making a fool of me so i stopped paying the installment had send a email to the HDFC Ergo mediclaim department to cancell my policy and refund the amount paid and the credit card department is charging me the interest and service charges and now started harrassing me and sending people for collection of dues which i cleary state that i wont be paying them i am using hdfc services since 6 years and never used my credit card for any offers made by the credit card department

    please help me for the same
