Sub:- ICICI Bank Credit Card has debited my salary account without intimation

Unfortunately I got a credit card from ICICI Bank (Card no. 5176537153800014 )in October 2007 from Noida and I was using that card. I made the purchasing of 46000 Rs. using that card. In August 2008 I have to come at Gandhinagar Gujarat for doing Ph.D and I was getting only 12000 Rs per month as Scholarship.I was paying the minimum amount due from July 2008, since last three months I could not pay the minimum amount due so I requested to settele the Credit Card dues but they did not settele the amount and blocked my salary account (Account No. 016501522602 ) this month and debited 4000 Rs on 24th december. They also debited my whole salary of december month on 31st December. I am mentaly harrased by their way of recovery and faced a lot of problem in submission of my fee for comming semester. When I contected the Credit Card Collection department in Ahmedabad they asked that the transaction in my salary account is made by Noida branch and they asked me to talk with collection manager Varun Singhal in Noida. He is also not taking the responsibility of deduction from my salary account. I am really facing a lot of problems due to this and since I am a Research student at this time, I am completely dependent on my scholarship which they have debited from my account. Please take neccesary action against ICICI bank Credit card department.
