Dear Sir/Mdam,

This is bring to your kind notice that i have received a one touch device on my online request which has been placed and collected around one month back, in the meanwhile i have issued a cheque of Rs 1000.00 but when it has presented for clearance for payment at my home branch then cheque has been bounced by bank after deducting Rs 800 against one touch device and no any information has been placed by bank and unfortunately after debited my account from Rs800 the amount of cheque has not met.

Now i come to know if any such deduction made by bank then why the same has not been done at the time of dispatching of such device to me and why i pay this cheque bounce amount?

So request you to kindly waived off this amount of cheque bounce of Rs386.05 and credited with same amount without any further delay.
