My name is Atul Arora (LOAN ACCOUNT NO : 9125680) & I have taken the housing loan from ABN AMRO Bank and due to dispute with the bank it was finally settled on 30.09.2008.

I have settled my loan for over 2 years & I was informed by the people concerned that them that I’ll be getting the NOC & documents within 07 days delivered at my place, but since then there has been no communication and contact and since in between I also been out of town, I was not been able to follow up, but for last now 6 months Bank is holding back my NOC & Property documents illegally till today.

I have visited your bank but none was able to get resolved. Hence kindly intervene help me collect my NOC & documents, as the mortgages amount has already been settled.
