I have applied for an housing loan at Saraswat bank at Chembur Dimond garden branch. I have submitted all the documents as per the list given by the bank. They have done verification and asked for 5700 Rs. Processing fees. We paid but not received any receipt of that amount. After payment they started asking for new additional documents required. On each submission of documents they were asking for another documents which was not in the list. Also they have asked for 3 gauranter for loan less than 5 lakhs even one gauranter of salary more than 30000 given and applicant is having incom more than 25000. we submitted that also then they asked for 10 blank cheque of applicant & 8 blank cheque of guarantor . So we have cancelled the application and asked to give processing fee back as giving the blank cheque is very risky and not acceptable. But they refused. The total process takes more tan 1 month. Now we do not want any loan.
