On the date 11-08-2010 I had done the shopping at Pantloon Retails where I used my Debit card for the purchase. Due to some Network Error The transaction was not sucessful for the first time and the card was swiped for second time. The second time transaction was sucessful.
But unfortunately the amount was deducted twice I mean for the both the swipes. I raised the complaint to ICICI Bank customer care center seeking for help for the same as they took the complaint and issued the servicerequest Number SR149507297 and said it will take 10 working days of time to process the request and refund the amount.
After ten days when enquired to I CICI bank customer carehe informed me that it will take 50 more days to prcoess with VISA which will have a verificaton with VISA and I will received the amount positively. After 40 days I called and enquired with customer care exective I was depressed with the feedbcak from him he was telling the VISA is not agreeing for the wrong transaction and I am not sure the amount will be reverved back. I kindly request to help me to get the amount back for the wrong transaction happened.
