Im having problem with lic . After paying the instalment my policies got lapsed. And
after paying the xtra money they regularis it. I want your help and suggestion for
it . My draft declared bounce and returned me after 24 month stating that policies
became lapsed.

you can log on to lic.com and find out status of your policy and if it has lapsed then it can be revived after some time but after a lot of time it cannot be revived also. please get the actual reason and status

I am an ADVOCATE in H"onble HIGH COURT at allahabad, on 2nd FEB 2010 I went to your office CBO1 at allahabad for collecting cheque of my fathers policy at 4:30p.m. with my younger brother.There while i was filling receipt and my brother was sitting at waiting lounge your employees viz. AJAY SAXENA and his accomplishes who were drunk were misbehaving with visitors and then they thrown an bottle on us when I objected they hit my brother with a heavy PAPER WEIGHT on his head. I was tottally astonished and shocked by their behaviour when i told them that will complain to their superiors they started abusing and tore my receipt and papers and forced us out of the office.
Therefore I request you kindly take stern action against these unsocial and goonda type employees of LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION so that in future they do not misbehave with customers and public.I am hurt emotionally and my brother physically by the incident.
Mr.AJAY SAXENA and his accomplishes had coomiited a CRIMINAL offence punishable under various sections but first i request you take suitable disciplinary and depatmental action
against them.

lic agents are big gang of cheaters, they are well trained by lic how to trap common people and how to hide about the charges and disadvantages of one policy, yes they are the agents they want to sell the product by telling 1000 of lies.
and showing false brochures. LIC is getting a huge amount of money from people who discontinue the policy after understanding its a cheat. LIC SHOULD STOP SELLING ULIPS, otherwise they can see a lot of suicide case because of that

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for loan from LIC housing finance from one of the LIC HF agent in Sept2009 against one of the property in Noida. This agent contacted me of his own and said that he is already handling 2 more people for same builder.
As this person was already aware about the project for which I asked for loan and he was already handling 2 more cases so I thought it will be helpful for me to get my process done easily.
But this was my wrong perception, he even did not provide any related documents like Tripartite document any other document which need to be printed on stamp papers , which is required by LIC Housing finance and must be provided by LIC agent as he is directly involved with me and LIC HF. I manually typed each and every letter from his behalf as the process was getting delayed and I was notice from my builder side.

Now after providing these letter to my builder so that he can print on the stamp papers, I now requested for providing the sanction letter asap so that I can save myself from the late payment , imposed by builder.
But this guy took atleast 17-20 days for providing me the sanction letter in January 2010(just to remind, the process was started on Sept-Oct).
Now the next thing was the dispersal of Amount, but it was the beginning of new story here. now the agent told me that as this property is on my wife's name as well, so you need to again fill the form and then only new sanction letter would be provided to you.-- My question is what was you doing at the moment when you looked the property letter.. See I was the primary applicant of the property and as my wife is my dependent on me, it should have asked by that agent and then work diligently, but unfortunately he didn`t do his duty well.

During this time I was continuously getting letter from my Builder side to deposit money- (You can understand the mind condition, as I was doing my best to speed up the process from my side, but this guys was just doing nothing...)
Also I would like to inform here that that person just met 3 times during this all process as he lives in Delhi and I am in Noida and property too is in Noida.

Now, coming to the formalities now, I again provided my document again along with my wife's ID proof and other document as asked by that agent, in Feb2010, till then it is now going to complete May2010, that person has not yet capable to provide me the new sanction letter.
Every day there is a new story , "sometime he says my dispersal manager is on leave"/ sometime he says I am out of Delhi"/ sometime he says "I could not go to the office"/Sometimes he says "My dispersal mgr is on leave bla bla bla....

Dear Sir/Madam, Please advise me what should I do, I have also given that person around Rs 8500/- cash during the time of logging my file.
Please help me to get rid of such kind of irresponsible deed by that person, also let me know the way I can stop such kind of person who is directly or indirectly putting bad name of the LIC.

i am Manoj Dhokia, Sr.Engineer in Samsung Noida, my policy no.254741336.
i took from Mr.Amar singh - 001152006 from Rajendra nagar Ghaziabad branch, Mo.no.9811488375, in Nov.-2007. i took the policy because of trust of LIC and its service. but Mr. Amar singh fail to give me any type of service. he gives me always promise but never come for any problem. I never meet a liar person before.
After 2.9 years of Policy i haven't my Bond paper of the Policy. He told me that he gave the Bond paper to my friend. which my friend lost. after that for application of duplicate bond paper, he give me promises only last 2 years.
I enroll my policy and signed the paper and give him to verify it from LIC office for easy access my policy but from till date the policy is not verify by LIC.
My address is changed before 2 years but I can’t update it online.
I haven’t enough time for LIC office visit. I hope LIC agent to do this type of policy owner’s work.
i have to invest 1 laces as per 80c so i invest another 60 thousands per annum in SBI in(march-2008) not LIC because of this type of agent’s service and misbehavior.
Can LIC Management take action to such type of Famous Agents ?
I hope u do something favorable for customer.

Mr K.s. Raghav an LIC agent with Aligarh (UP) Branch is a cheater as he cheated me of Rs 20,000/-. I am Employee working With JK Tyres. K.S. Raghav is working with OCIL, Sikandrabad Distt Bulandshahr (UP). I got a ULIP Policy from this agent in Feb 2007 with annual Premium of Rs 10000/-. He deposited my amount first and second time. But third and fourth premium of Rs 10000 each for year 2009 & 2010 were not deposited by this person which I gave him on time by depositing the amount in his account. As I live out of Bulandshahr so it is difficult to meet this fraud agent. Now this man do not even pick up my Phone call and not respond at all. I dont know this message will reach to any consumer court or not but I am remained helpless in such situation. I am still having those reciepts of Bank in which I deposited so much amount.

Could any authority listening and help me.

This is height of negligence from a LIC agent Mr. Jha from Gomia Branch Hazaribagh distt in Jharkhand, where after several reminders of my matured policy payment and to intimate death of my father, he is denying to receive a call and not responding since 2 yrs. I don't know what to do on this. Everytime I call him he ignores the call or let his wife to say that he is out of station. For taking policy he ran several times but not ignoring our calls.

He has very smartly sold me some LIC policies and thereafter not responded to my multiple requests for original policy document. I have not received my policy certificate since last 3 years now. I have given him repeated calls/sms requesting him to give me my original policies. He has been irresponsible and has shown no effort to give good customer service despite making a good commission through me. He has just vanished from the scene.

Please take strict action against him and if possible cancel his LIC license.
