    Default HDFC BANK wrong update in CIBIL REPORT....

    Dear Sir,

    My concern is about DAYS PAST DUE Please update it as 000 coz u have recieved the payment.


    account status shows as "Closed" however DPD account says that its a Loss LSS so its a wrongly updated i have spoke to cibil and i have the report . kindly check the details and revert back to me....


    I HAVE CIBIL REPORT WITH ME AND AM TALKING ABOUT THE DPD AC STATUSWHICH IS REFLECTING AS LSS IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2008 WHEN THE AMOUNT IS CLEARED IN 9 MARCH AND THE LOAN ACCOUNT STATUS UPDATED ON 18 MARCH THEN U HAVEN'T UPDATED IN THE MONTH OF APRIL FOR DPDACCOUNT IN CIBIL IT SAYS THAT U HAVEN'T COLLECTED AMOUNT


    *** I have already word with cibil officers they clearly says that its a mistake from your bank and its wrongly updated in dpd account as LSS kindly update it as 000 .
    [FONT='arial narrow', sans-serif]as my other loan account status updated as 000 after closing the loan account and why the different updated for the previous loan 444205 dpd ac and the recent 13294512 days passed due account if amount is cleared it should be 000. please check it and do the needful sir please sir....[/FONT]

    i have called your customer care nearly 7 times for this below information .and they have asking me to Visit retail asset divisionand i have went to your retail asset division in Begumpet Hyderabad .They don't know they are asking me to check with ur mumbai head office and they are least bothered to give me at least a email address .kindly look in to the details n do the needful asap.

    SUBJECT

    I have a Copy of CIBIL REPORT .i have seen that there is wrong update or its not updated further in the CIBIL REPORT IN DPD ACCOUNT that Reported as LSS (loss) in the year March 2008 . However i have made the total payment on 09 March 2008 . i have received NOC and the payment receipt .

    As per your retail asset division Begumpet Hyderabad they are giving me a information that my account is closed on 18-03-2008 so They wont Update the data in Cibil After closing the account How is it Possible its a False Information .and i have spoke to to one of the national bank manager he says that it should be updated if the payment is made or i can go to ombudsman ,Kindly let me know the status . i beg u You sir after making the payment am suffering a lot with these issues please help me . at least it should update in the cibil in the month of April 2008 or may 2008 , please Update the present Status latest status in the Cibil.

    Default Cheating of A/C holders

    I am a SB A/C holder of HDFC Kalapatti br in Coimbatore and my A/C No:10681930003323
    My contention are
    1.Changing of banking norms without any notification to the A/C hollders viz
    a)AQB has been changed to AMB
    b) Free Cash transactions has been withdrawn even after deducting exorbitant amount as non maintaining of AQB OR AMB as the case may be and that too was also not intimated

    Default My HDFC debit card(VISA) Blocked

    Hi, I am Rohith S from Kerala. During one of the online transaction, i had entered my ipin password wrongly more than 3 times and as a result my card is blocked for further online transaction. I request you to provide support to un block my debit card. Waiting for reply.

    Default HDFC MasterCard Secure Code Blocked

    Hello,


    Due to incorrect entry of details on a merchant website during a bill payment using HDFC debit card, I got a message that my HDFC mastercard securecode account has been blocked. Please contact customer care tounblock.


    I have contacted customer care a couple of times and they said that it has been unblock but when i try using my card, it gives the same error message.

    Can you please help me out with this one.

    Default Transactio​n failed but money removed from account

    Am staying in US. I have activated e-commerce in my FOREX card XXXX XXXX XXXX 4323. After that i made a e-purchase using my Forex Card, But the transaction failed removing the amount from the account. I called the merchant customer care. They said if the transaction failed, the amount will be held by bank and asked me to reach the bank.

    Am not able to find the US Customer care number. Please let me know when my amount will be credited back to my account? Please send response to my mail ASAP.

    Default Smartpay issues

    Hello,

    i have activated smartpay of loop mobile on my HDFC credit card but on 6/4/2012 i have converted my postpaid billing to prepaid on same network

    at that time i have paid all the amounts due (with last month bill) of loop mobile bill but on next day my last months bill is again paid by smartpay

    so dont bank check before paying any bill that the bill is already paid or not....

    can you suggest me how i can refund my money...

    Unhappy Close and open an account

    Hello HDFC,

    I am Priti Mshra earlier i was working in Airtel dth so they open my salary account in your bank.

    After leaving that company i carelessly lost all the document for eg. Debit card, Pin number, account number etc.

    So, Now i would like to close this account or cancel the earlier provided documentation and provide me the same OR open a new account.

    As i am physically challenged so please revert me with the suggestion which is quit comfortable and secure also.

    Default Debit card blocked for no reason

    Hi,

    I got a call from HDFC stating that they have new Titanium debit card for me with lots of advantages and no annual fee because I'm an Accenture employee. I told them to send it at my office address, but make sure that the old card is not blocked until I receive the new one. I got this call from 3 different people. Each one of them confirmed my office address and if I'm, interested in taking this card. Then, nobody turned up for 10 days. I had to fly for some office work for 20 days. Meanwhile, the HDFC people visited my office to deliver the card with no prior intimation to me (not even a call). I obviously couldn't receive it as I was not in office.

    Later, after few days, they blocked my old debit card and left me with no debit card at all. I'm really furious, because first of all I never asked for a new card, then these people don't call to inform about the delivery of the card, and thirdly, they blocked my card without any notice. I called HDFC when I was back after 20 days. But the HDFC customer care is pathetic. They don't know what they're doing, they just kept transferring my call from one dept. to another. Besides my busy schedule, I called the freaking HDFC customer care service 10 times from 1 April to 23rd April with no help at all. I talked to Saif, Ravindar Kaur, Simran, Pooja etc.

    They now want me to visit the branch to get this sorted out. I can't visit any branch. I just want my card to work ASAP.

    I'm never gonna rely on HDFC ever if this small issue cannot be resolved by them.

    this is to bring into your notice that i have received a call for payment of LIC premium thru HDFC Credit card (Smart Pay) and all the information were given and i have rec a sms that my smart pay is activated form 01st but till date no payment have been made by HDFC Bank for the premium due on 20.04.2012, whereas i have not received any sms or mail in respect of payment.

    You are requested to cancel all my request of smart pay at your end with immediate effect for the 03 polices.

    If any payment is made i shall not be responsible for the same.

    Kindly treat it as urgent and inform me accordingly.
