    Sir ,

    My customer no- 6069482 at Amritsar mall road branch, I have shifted to a village harian a non HDFC branch area, i have not used my account in last one or more years. i tried to maintain the account the by maintaining the minimum balance but some how i could not do it , bank charged me Rs.800 many times so i cleared the balance and informed the bank to close the account thru mail as well as physical form. till date no reply from bank and e mail staement showing -0 balance. what does it mean? I can not maintain that account by any means. You are requested to close my account with immediate effect waive any unshown charges if any.

    My debit card had been lost. And I requested for my new debit card before 2 months. But I didn’t receive my card till now. When I visit to my branch office, sec-18, noida, but I couldn’t receive any correct information about my debit card which is where now.
    Sir I became fade up about your service. Plz help me out.

    this is in regarding my hdfc account ,, i went to bank branch located in nac manimajra chandigarh on 14 november 2009 i.e saturday at arnd 7 p.m i evening to open my saving bank account..there was a person in bank named jetender rana the branch was closed bt still he allowed me to come in nd opn the account ..aftr all formalities he told me that till 17th i''ll get my atm nd ol my welcome kit.. nthn came till wednesday i gave a col to mr .Rana he didnt piked the cols .igave him cols till saturday bt nobdy pikd cols nthn came to my address.thn i gave him a msg that i''ll make writen complaint against him in his head office on saturday imeditely widin 2 minutes i got a col he said till 23rd thn again i cold him nd he cmfrmed me my acoount number bt till nw my atm has nt been issued nd welcome kit ...such useless banking i''ve never seen ..plz take a strict action againt the branch nd the guy named mr rana..i''ll be reall thankful to you..

    hi htis is anuj changulani from bhilai .
    i had taken a cv loan for a crane my ag.no- 2700239. all my emis are over and without a single default. my last instalment was over on 20/07/2009.
    i had contacted the executive of bhilai and raipur for NOC but i am not getting any responce plz help me to get NOC of loan payment. iam planning for expanding my business but without the noc i cant plan any tyhing .

    Dear sir as i got transfer from gujarat to pune my payment cycle has also changed as i was getting my salary cheque on 2nd or 3rd but in pune i m getting payment on 5th of every month n my due date is 7th of every month my card no. is 4346781005998083 n my name which u hv updated is not correct my seplling is JAHIRUDDIN GAYASUDDIN SHAIKH n my new no is 09657862532 pls upated it

    as i m unable to make payment n u r charing me late fee so pls change my due date from 7th to 10th or 12th of every month that will be grt help if u do it n pls do the changes in other things which i mentioned u above.

    Hi There,

    My name is Geeta payal and I had a credit card(4346781100643923) with HDFC which was offered to me because I had savings account opened up in HDFC bank and at that time I had no job and I told that the agency that I won’t have the need for it but they made the credit card and sent it to me.

    I used the card and was making the payments regularly but because of family trouble and financial problems I could not make the payment.



    I got the job with Hewitt and took loan for which there is an EMI being deducted from my account every month for close to 7000 rs and I got in touch with Mr. Harmeet Singh the collection agent from HDFC bank and his phone no is 09350477929 regarding the settlement of the account and I agreed for it and I told him I would not be able to make the payment in one go rather I will be able to make the payment in installment even after that he got the letter for one shot payment of 22000 Rs , I did tell him and the banker that this is not possible , they said pay us now 12,000 and rest pay it soon.

    My monthly expenditure from my salary is as follows.

    Monthly rent-6000 Rs
    Duetsh Bank loan EMI-7000Rs
    Rest for food and other expenditure are 4000 Rs.

    I am only left with 3000 to 4000 rs a month and I was making payments every month to Mr. Harmeet as per my understanding and what they told me and that details you must have in the system.

    I get a notice on Thursday that My salary account has been held for the nonpayment on the credit card which is incorrect, I understand that the bank has right to hold the funds due to nonpayment but I being a responsible person called every month Mr. Harmeet Singh and paid the installments as per my situation and told him that will try to make more payment in the month of December as I will get some funds.

    If I had no intentions of making the payments then the bank should take some actions but when I am making the payments then why should I suffer something like this.

    My credit card Limit was 30,000 Rs and I will surely make the payments.

    I will really appreciate that please release the hold from my salary account and allow me some time so that I will make the payments as I had been doing the same for the last few months.

    I have to support myself and take care of my day today expenses and by doing this to me I am being harassed and further more I was not aware of the fact that the settlement is not valid which was a wrong information given to me by the HDFC collection agent. This is a humble request

    I, Mr. Kamal Gupta (Mobile No.9837077429) holding saving A/c No. 03261000070823 is also having a credit Card No. 4346 7860 0062 4857.

    I had given a complaint to your branch that my A/c No. 03261000070823 has been put on hold for Rs. 8297.61 on 23.11.2009.

    Kindly look into this matter considering the seriousness of case and do not debit my A/c. Kindly remove the hold from my account and reverse back the policy amount and all charges debited on credit card due to the same urgently and confirm.

    I have written you many applications regardin this.Please reply as soon as possible!

    Default HDFC Bank - International Debit Card Complaint

    Hello Rajesh Kumar Harinath,

    With reference to below mentioned complaint i spoke with Shraddha in Mumbai office on Saturday 12/12/09 and she informed me that she has forwarded a complain to concern Manager and they will revert back minimum 2 hrs and maximum 24hrs but till now its more than 48hrs i have not received any call or revert from Grivellance Cell. And below mentioned complain states that i need to wait for 7 days but just for your information i have applied for Int Gold Debit on 30/11/09 at Sun N Step Club Rd Ahmedabad Branch. Its more than 3 Weeks i am suffering from pain as i cannot access my A/c at my convenience for which i opened an A/c as being your Classic Customer i am not getting any satisfied revert i am very much pitched off and i am not interested in keeping your A/c if i dont receive my ATM in 48hrs and also i going to cancel all our 4 Classic A/c's.

    Unhappy Duplicate Pin

    I filled the form for duplicate pin for my debit card on 3rd Dec. I was told that I will get the same within a week. Now it is almost two weeks and I have not recieved the PIN.
