Hi,
Due to incorrect entry of details on a merchant website during a bill payment using HDFC debit card, I got a message that my "HDFC mastercard securecode account has been blocked. Please contact customer care to unblock."
I reached your call center number 28561818 couple of times, they said that the account will be unblocked after few days. Around a month or so has passed and I still keep getting the blocked account message for any online transaction of my debit card.
Kindly let me know the process to unblock the HDFC mastercard securecode account immediately.

I am DEEPAK SINGH. I got my salry kit by first week of FEB, then I just came to (WIPRO LTD.) Kochi to joine my training. But my co-ordinator named as: RASHMI KUMARI made a call to me and said that the kit you having with you is not assigned to you.
So I courrier that kit to her in HDFC BANK MAROL BRANCH MUMBAI and she got receive that courrier. And she told me to send a new KIT.
I have a permanent address of VARANASI UTTAR PRADESH. So I told her do not courrier my kit to my mailing address I need that here in WIPRO LTD Kochi office. And then she agreed. And then she just made a call to me after i day and said I need an acknowledgment from your company. Then I gave her my HR E-MAIL ID and I said asked them "What do you exaclty need". My HR also send her my whole information.
But I am triyng to contact her by past two-three days she does not pick my phone and never send any information about this all.
Please help me to find out my salary kit as well as help me to open that account asap.

Dear Sir,
I am one of the oldest customer of HDFC Bank and eversince the opening of ur Alkapuri, Vadodara branch, almost everybody in the bank knows me personally. In the month of July,2010, I had opened an account with 1$ with 'Paypal'. Suddenly on 12th Aug.2010 evening, I received a 'SMS' from ur credit card deptt. informing that an amount of Rs. 4777.22 has been paid 2 'Paypal'.
I called up 'Phone banking persons immediately for clarification as I had not authorized any such payment 2 any company thru' 'Paypal' and requested 2 block my card with immediate effect. Next day, on 13th Aug.2010, I met Mr. Bhushan Lakhia 2 explain entire case, confirm 'Card Blocking' and file written complaint about this unauthorized payment.
Mr. Bhushan had assured me that a prompt action will b taken to get the payment reverted back 2 my a/c. 2 days after this, I left India 2 join my son's family in ' New Castle, Australia' where from I am sending this mail 2 U.
To my surprise, despite sending numerous mails 2 Mr. Bhushan and ' Credit Card Deptt.' , I did not receive back my 1st payment amount of Rs. 4777.22 but instead noted from my online bank account statement that another payment of Rs. 4825.58 has been made 2 the same company on 7th Sept.2010.
Here, it is noteworthy that the subject card was blocked on 12th Aug.2010.
Of all the numerous mails sent, I am giving U a few dates on which I had sent mails;
10th,13th,15th &17th Aug. 2010 to customerservices.card@hdfcbank.com.
19/8,24/8,13/9,06/10,27/10,03/11,08/1110/1112/11,16/11,22/11/2010 and 07/01/2011 to Mr. Bhushan Lakhia. In addition to all this, I talked to Mr. Bhushan, Mr. Arpit Vyas and Mr. Bhaumik Shah on phone also.
I am sorry 2 inform that despite all this, the case has not been resolved. I expect U to look in to the matter personally and get me back my money paid unauthorizedly thru' 'Paypal'.

My name is Amitabh Chaudhary. I had courier guy at my office today and he got to call me thru my office as i was not in office and he tells me sir i am from the courier company please come and collect ur card else it will be returned back. I believe you are dispatching cards properly or is their a problem u have with these courier guys. I have not yet received the dispatch details of my card. I did receive an email the next day of the courier guys visit at my office stating my card has been dispatched. Please let me know the dispatch details so that i can call up the courier guys and get my card collected. I have not received any sms.
