    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We PMI Coaches Pvt. Ltd having current A/C No. 00932560004107. we have depsited the Ch.No. 239284 for Rs. 470221.00 on 25 Nov 10 at Dharuhera Branch, But the amount has not been credited in our A/c. Telephoneic contracts and visit by our rep., the branch is not giving any response.The Head of Branch say that he will not tell when the amount will be crdited in the A/C.The cheque was of HDFC Bank itself.

    The branch Head say that go and complaint.

    Pls tell us how much time the Bank takes to Credit the HDFC Bank cheque in our A/C.

    hi ,
    I am very old customer of HDFC VAIBHAV SAXENA ACC NO.. 00901050391050 .Today i send my friend to subbmit onl $400 to my account and your representative SONIA simply denies to deposite the money , when i asked please give me in writtenor it on deposite slip then she said please speak to my manager Rishi . when i had words with him he denies rudely ( Hamare yaha rules change hote rehte hain apne pehle dollar jama karaey honge ab nahi honge ) . when i said i want speak to ur sinior he said i am boss of this branch . he was very rude and said do what ever you want ..

    Post cheque status not known after one month of the date of presentation

    Dear Sir

    Cust Id:-7050652
    I deposited a cheque amounting Rs.434000. Cheque number:-140832

    It was a PF cheque and was sent through bank for presentation on 26/10/2010. But even after one month of deposition the status is still not known.

    Since date of opening of the accounts I have neither received any statement of my saving accounts from the bank side nor any information regarding change in Minimum Balance to be maintained.

    I have already requested the branch for reversal of charges of Rs. 15049.51 via email on 18th of nov.2010.
    But there is no reply against my email & phone calls.
    Please do the needful and waive off the charges charged in my accounts as mentioned above.

    Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    The concerned HDFC bank officer,

    Recently when I applied for some loan, it was got rejected because my name was put up in CIBIL report by HDFC bank. I was told by bank that your loan can’t be processed as my name is in CIBIL report.

    For your reference I furnish my details in connection with the bank that I had availed the personal loan (P/L No: XXXX8845 and credit cards: 5176 3510 0327 7799, 4346 7710 0640 8463) from HDFC bank, Bangalore. There were some occasions that I failed to pay the EMI in time due to bad financial condition which was resulted in PDC check bounce.

    After due cource I repaid the entire loan with full and final settlement in the month of Jan-2007 and for CC # ending 7799 in Apr 2006 and CC # ending 8463 in July 2010. There are no dues pending with me as on date.

    I request HDFC bank that kindly take action to remove my name from CIBIL defaulter list so that I can avail the other loan. I have no other option to arrange huge amount of money without loan so once again I request to you that kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.
