    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am having saving account with HDFC bank which is my salary account no 05921050018114. For you kind information I had gave transaction (No. 8512 Dated 14th August 2009, at 22.21) of Rs.10,000.00 for withdrawal of cash from Dombivli (West) ATM machine no S1ACMU39, but I have receive only 500.00 rupees (Sr. no. 2HB 670138) from that machine. Already I had discus with customer care for the said matter & they had informed me a compliant No MUM089147 & said our audit report say my transaction was been completed means I had received Rs.10, 000/- where as I have received only 500/-

    So kindly request you please check with your record / system properly & give me return of my balance amount or update your system record of 500/- withdraw not yet Rs. 10,000/-

    Default Complaint for Holding the funds

    Dear Sir/Madam,



    I am maintaining a salary account with the HDFC bank since 3Yrs. Yesterday i tried
    to withdraw my cash from my account. But that was unsuccessful. Then i check the
    account online and found that the only amount in my account was 15000 INR only. I
    was shocked. When i contacted the bank on fone the person told me that due to your
    credit card dues we have hold your funds 44000 INR. and without any notice and talk
    to me. I am doing every transactions and purchase of Mutual funds by HDFC only.

    He referd me to the credit card department. They said we can't help you out. We can
    arrange a call back for you. After facing a lot of troubles i received a call today
    from the bank. He told me the same story.

    Then i started my story that yes, i was using a credit card with the limit of 15000
    INR only. I had used only 7000 INR. I was paying the bills regularly. Once i
    received the statement and chek that the due was so high. I raised the complaind in
    the bank. But nothing was setteld. They were forcing me to pay the money. After a
    lot of requests and by the help of senior officers. They were agree to cut the extra
    amount from my account.

    But again i was getting the same statements again. Then i stop to give the payments
    to bank. I received so many calls after 8 months that they want to settle the
    account. But they were asking for 22000 INR. I refused to give that money. After a
    long time again i received a call that they wants to settle the account. Again my
    question was same that i can pay only 7000 INR. They get aggree. and was told me
    that they would send a person to collect the money and he will give you the
    settlement letter. But nothing was happened. Now the bank officials are not helping
    me.

    And now they have hold all my money. Sir, i am getting married in november 13th. I
    don't have enough money for my marriage. I am in very tension. Even i am not able to
    sleep. Please help me....
    I am aggree to pay 7000 INR as promised or i can pay 10,000 as well but please help
    me.

    Sir, if anything happens wrong with me then only the said bank is responsile for all
    the incidents.

    I don't have any other solution either to contact you or Sucide and only the bank
    will responsible for this.

    Angry bad branch sector 11 panchkula no staff for customer

    hi i visited the branch there is no staff to attend the customer regarding account opending fd etc...... all the seat are empty and even a girl sitting on other person seat icici is best banking system as compuer to hdfc in panchkula 11

    Default stop payment to TATA AIG from my account

    Res sir/ mam on monday 09/11/2009 @09:29 am @ hdfc atm @ mayur vihar phase 1 i got myself registered 4 netbanking with s no. 8605 printed on transaction slip.
    So it is my humble request to u pls. issue my pin no. as soon as possible n forward it to my e mail id i.e. "hayden.wallace@ymail.com" .

    On 1st Oct 2009 I droped a cheque at Krishna Nagar HDFC Bank Drop box at New Delhi branch at 11:46 Am, But it was credited after 3rd Oct when HDFC Standard Life Insurance cheque bounced from my a/c. And It was debited (350+36) = 386 . Most importantly the cheque was of the same branch. The Cheque was from the account no. 04211930000207 (Faiyazul Rashid)

    It 's the first time that any cheque has bounced from my account

    I, therfore request to get a refund of that charge into my account as soon as possible

Jis ki complaint main ne phone banking se 9815331111 no par ki thi.aaj taqreeban 25 din baad bhi mera naya debit card mujhe nahin mila, jab ke us ka pin number mujhe mil gaya hai.main binti karta hoon ke mera naya duplicate debit card jaldi se jaldi mujhe bheja jaaye.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Our's is a group company of M/s.Bharat Serums & Vaccines Ltd holding around 2000 salary account with your Bankers for last so many years.

    We would like to lodge complaints for very sad experience we had with your Bank during last couple of days.

    On 31st October we have remitted salary to our following 3 employees to their HDFC A/c's which are referred below. These accounts were opened recently.

    1. Mrs.Meenal Kulkarni A/c.No.03561050046840
    2. Mr.Vijay Kshirsagar A/c.No.03551050037297
    3. Mr.Suryakant Margaj A/c. No.035510050037349

    We regret to say that even though the money is credited to their account on 5/11/2009 they are not been able to withdraw the amount neither at ATM center nor in the Branch. On 23/11/2009 Mr.Suryakant Margaj was been able to withdraw cash. Rest 2 employees are still waiting for salary accumulation when today is the 26th when the next salary is due.The reason intimated to them was incomplete documents which are submitted repeately. We tried to contact your customer care who are still assuring us they will make operative these account shortly.

    We are surprise to get such dirty treatment from reputes bank of yours to one of the valuable customer like us. My colleague Mr.Suryakant Kadam chasing closely with Mr.Ajit and Mr.Nirmal, finally he has sent below referred mail to Mr.Latish Pillai on 21st Nov.,09 for which we have no answer from him.

    Your executive had come 1 month back and collected account opening forms from our company

    Under the circumstance, please let us know per return when are you going to release these 2 account operative. We believe you have no right to hold public money without any reason.
