    You will receive the physical statement within 7 working days. We are pleased to inform that you can now also opt for e-mail statement facility.

    Log in to netbanking, click on email statement registration to register online. Customers receiving combined physical statement (consolidated statement for all the Savings, Current and Fixed Deposit Accounts) and registering for email statements will receive a separate Email Statement for all accounts linked to the primary Customer Identification Number.

    Alternatively, you may submit the attached form at the nearest branch to register for the above mentioned facility. In case, you are unable to visit the branch, we request you to send the same by postal service or courier.

As soon as we receive this information, a bank representative shall contact you about the procedure for closing your loan account and your outstanding dues.

    Dear Anjani,

    When you enter the wrong verification details, your netbanking account gets blocked temporarily. However, you can reset your IPIN online by following the below steps:

    (if you have an active debit card ) :

    - Log on to our netBanking site.

    - Click on the link "Forgot IPIN (Password)"

    - Type your Customer ID number and click on "Go"

    You will be shown a list of active HDFC Bank ATM/Debit cards that are linked to your Customer ID

    - Select any of the linked cards (in case you have more than one card)

    - Please type your ATM PIN & Card Expiry Date

    - Enter your Net Banking Password and re-login.





    Alternatively, you can:

    - Call any of our Phone Banking numbers along with your valid Telephone Identification Number (TIN) and submit your request for a new IPIN.

    - Visit any of our Bank ATMs and submit your request for regenerating your IPIN.

    Steps to be followed at any HDFC Bank ATM :

    a. On the Main screen, select "other option"

    b. On the next screen, select "Register for NetBanking"

    c. On selection of this option, please confirm the request.

    Please refer to the "Customer Center" link on our website for complete details on our Branches, ATMs and our PhoneBanking numbers.

    Once your application is received and found to be in order, a Netbanking IPIN will be generated and sent to your address on record within a maximum of 8 working days. On receipt, you can access your Netbanking Account with your unique Customer ID and IPIN.

    We would also like to request you not to post sensitive information such as your customer id number on a public forum such as this, as it is liable to be misused. For such queries, we always advise you to contact the bank directly through channels such as our phonebanking service or the contact form on our website.

    The site is unable to view accont balance and sttes that it is under maintainance. It does not specify a time by what date and time it will be ready.
