    Ref: Loan Account Number 10719150.

    With reference to the above account I have taken a loan for purchase of Two Wheeler {TVS Apache] Bearing Reg no WB 20R 0164 thro Sri Krishna Automobiles and I have paid the down payment as Rupees 19282 and balance I have paid Rs 1625 per month and I have foreclosed my loan account and settle the dues vide your Official receipt number 11091193 dated 29.07.08 by paying Rs 24890.00.

    Still now I didn’t received the Loan Clearance certificate and NOC Certificate and my Original RC Book.

    Now I have shifted from Calcutta to Chennai and I have faced lot of difficulties due to non availability of original papers for Change under Tamil Nadu Registration. Kindly look into this and arrange to send the Loan Clearance Certificate, NOC Certificate & Original Vehicle Papers to me to proceed further.

    Once again thanking you and do the needful immediately to solve this issue.

    Default discrepency in balance

    sir/madam

    I had opened a account in dec 2008 with your bank with a ammount of ten thousand. I had issued a cheque for ammount of Rs 2666.00 on12 jan 2009.
    Till date I had not received the transaction details for the various transcations,however through interactive system I confirmed that my balance is only Rs5739.95 only. The details of the balance does not reconsile with the ammount.
    May I request you to kindly readdress my quarry and oblige .

    They routed me 4 times to IVR ........... they are telling ..........

    At last one of care Executive told me ....... Vy are you calling ........

    i Cant do Anything for you ........

    Tell me sir as a customer what should i do ...........

    I am very unhappy . with this .........



    Both are saying we are helpless............. Then who can help me

    For booking the Train ticket it requires emil id registered with HDFC.

    Unhappy balance deducted during withdrawal

    Dear Sir,

    My hdfc account no is 04791140000553.
    Today around 5.00PM when I was trying to withdraw Rs.6000 from SBI ATM, it was very surprise to me that even after getting no money from machine Rs. 7000 was deducted from my account. Before this my account balance was Rs. 10869.93 but after that it was only Rs.3869.93.I want to know that why this happens & how & when I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.

    Default Complaint against wrong balance after withdrawal of money from HDFC ATM

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a HDFC Bank customer. My account details are as follows:

    On 01.10.09 I have first used my ATM card and withdrawn Rs. 100.00 and the balance had shown Rs. 21802.00. The next day when I withdrew Rs. 500.00 the balance had shown
    Rs. 21202.00. This balance was wrong. The correct balance would be Rs. 21302.00. No transactions was made in between. To check for further details I withdrew consecutive three amounts of Rs. 4500.00, Rs. 5000.00 and Rs. 200.00 from the same ATM on that particular day. But I found that the further balances were counted on the basis of the wrong balance of Rs. 21202.00.An amount of Rs. 100.00 has been deducted from my account without showing any reason. I think that this is merely an arithmatical mistake in calculation.

    i owned a credit card of your bank

    i have booked 5 tickets of inox swabhumi at 2.10.09 for 4:40 show of do knot disturb and timings are 2:38 pm by HDFC bank visa card(4346781002776581)which had been failed but i had recevied a sms from HDFC bank showing that our money Rs. 982.72 has been deducted in behalf of inox but we haven't received any of tiket from the counter. so kindly refund our money .thanking you .

    Two months back I have opened my salary account in this bank and still it is not activated. Several times I have called them and also I have personally visited the bank. Each time I have to sign on a new form and i get the answer that your account will get activated in three days. From past one month three days are not yet over. How long I have to wait? I am the only earning member in my family and I badly need money. I really need to withdraw amount. Kindly help me in this regard.

    I being your valued customer possession of above saving bank account have been transferred to Visakhapatnam and made request to change of address at the present location in the month of Aug 09 and have been informed by your esteemed Dwarkanagar branch, Visakhapatnam that your record will be updated within seven days for request of issuance of cheque book. However, the address have been changed in your system and confirmed by the bank employee in person on 03 oCT 09. It is regretted to mention that the application for issuance of cheque book has been made on the same day by me and was assured that cheque book will be despatched to me on the new address.

    Further, to mention that I have been notified by SMS on mobile that your cheque book has been despatched to your old address, which is not understood beside my personal request made in person to your esteemed branch viz. Dwarka nagar, Visakhapatnam.

    Dear sir,

    My account in koramangala branch, bangalore was opened 5th September 2009 with relevent data and the same day I have received my cards through takkal scheme.

    But till date my account is not activated and I have contacted on 4th October to Mr.Susma (+919342115160) and Her Boss Mr.Rajinish (+919342837910). Till date/TIME not resoved and Mr.Rajnish promised to complete the task by today(7.10.09) 5.00 pm (indian time) but ten to fifteen calls he has not picking up the phone to reply.

    Iam presently in Germany and my family members are wants of money but the BANK employees not responding to help to withdraw the money.


    I am totally upset about their inhumanitarian sense and I am helpless to support to my family.
    But in my account, my company creadited salary, at that time no question was raised by the Bank.

    the money as well as slip and amount had been deducted from myaccount. For the same I have lodged a complaint on customer care of HDFC .The complaint number is "MUM 084319. Initially they told me to respond in 48 hours but still I have not gotten their call.

    Default Funds Transfer

    I am an account holder in your bank and my Account No. is 00791140014369 .
    I am a residant of Nagpur, I urgently wanted to make a transfer of funds by RTGS for which purpose i went to the Dhantoli, Nagpur branch of HDFC Bank , located in Bharuka Bhavan , personally.

    I was informed by Ms. Shraddha Thakkar Asst Manager that it was not possible to transfer funds even though I had more than enough balance in my acxcount, she also told me that I could do the transfer from your Shankar Nagar Branch, Nagpur.

    If normal bank transactions cannot be done from what is a full fledged branch of your, what is the purpose of even keeping the branch open?? Also at the time I was in the branch a number of other customers were sent away, it was said to them in my presence that the desired transaction would be processed at the Shanker nNagar Branch.

    Would it not be better if you closed down the Dhantoli Branch?? You do not provide service there anyway, also you will save a lot of money by way of rent.
