    The way ICICI bank is robbing its customers
    Hi,

    I would like to bring to your notice the way ICICI bank is robbing its customers.I
    opened my Savings Account in ICICI Bank (Gaya Branch) nearly a year ago with Rs
    11,000 and I only withdrew Rs 800.If I take into account of Rs 34 which was deducted
    towards Colln + ST Chgs and Rs 111 for DCARDFEE, still Rs 10,055 was available in my
    account. But Rs 843 was deducted for QABChgs. So I logged a complain
    (ICICICARE=028-887-313' level2complaint/ Savings Account) and on 09/09/2008 Rs 843
    was credited to my account. So the available balance on 09/09/2008 was 10,167 and I
    did not withdrew any money from that account. Still on 20/10/2008 and again on
    19/01/2009, Rs 843 was debited from my account twice for QABChgs(for not
    maintaining Quarterly minimum balance of Rs 10,000). This way, ICICI bank has robbed
    me of Rs 1686.I want to know what course of action to take besides getting my money
    back from them because this has happened second time. This is how they harass their
    customer and cheat them of their hard earned money.

    Default ICICI Bank Robbing my hard earned money

    The ICICI bank is robbing my money for saving with them. When I opened an NRI account with them they never ever told about the minimum balance or any charges they are imposing on the account. I deposited Rs.9500 (Approximately) and after three months they have taken away almost Rs.1100 for not maintaining minimum balance QAB (Quarterly Minimum Balance) . I called customer service and they are so improper responsive that they have no Idea what they are talking. Repeating the same words again and again "For avoiding the future QAB charges you need to deposit minimum Amount in your Account". But they never said to waive the fee. I don't why they charged Rs.219 as DCARDFEE. I never used any of they debit card since I live in USA and never get a chance to use this bled y card. I called the customer service again to cancel my account and they want to charge Rs.500 from my account that too after reviewing whether they can close or not the account. What they want? I feel they want to steel all your money and then may close the account.

    Default ICICI bank representatives giving wrong instructions

    I have a ICICI bank Demat account. When i wanted to open this Demat account, their representative came to my place for opening the account. He said that i will have to open a new ICICI savings account and that he will do it for me. He also said that account will be a 0 balance account. So i opened it. Now suddenly they deducted 827 Rs as QAB charges and now when i called customer service, they say that i will have to maintain a minimum of 5000 Rs in the account. What bloody service they are giving. Their representatives are cheating people......
