Respected Sir,

This is a complain regarding air ticket booking on 8th march, 2009 via
and payment was made through ICICI online banking.

Actually, at that time a transaction was made wrong due to their fault in
website. But, the ticket was not booked. So I complained so many times to
both ICICI bank and EZEEGO services to look into the matter. Now, It has
been one month and they haven't solved the issue.

EZEEGO customer care said that they had transferred the amount (i.e. 3043.00
INR) on 16th march having the reference number as 000012364035. But,
still the amount is not been credited in my account. And, my last ICICI
bank complain number is 101490797.
