    Angry Cancellations of policies due to cheating

    Dear officer
    i took two policies (a)on my name u000902674 (b)on my wifes name c104212309
    i have very bad experience about the officer who dealt with the telephonic talk
    as per telephonic talk different officer from head office of tata aig the plan which explaaned on the phone and actually given is totally different even they have promised me
    (1)i was wating ot get the commission of 20% with 45 to 60 days but not recived
    (2)both the plocies which promised was pensionable polocies but it dosent look like taht
    (3)rs.50,000(one time) will become rs.1,25,000 in five yrs if you hold 25.000 you will get a pension rs.11,500 per yr form 6th yr to 15th yrs accdnetal rs.5,00,000 and natural death rs.2,50,000 and 20% commission becouse the code will be gerated on your name and you will get it within 42 to 60 adys but it remains promise.
    (4)another polocies invest one time rs.60,000 will become rs.1,75,000 in 5yrs in 2nd yr you wil get edicational financial support of rs.2,00,000 for kids. 2nd yr and 1month rs.5000 pension monthly till 15yrs and agaain if i hold 50,000 rs 5000 monthly pention for 6th to 10th yrs
    (5)6lach natural, 12lack accd,
    (6)benifit 30%+ 5gm gold witin 60 days+ 10% on previous policy because i am investing in annuvarsary month
    but i did not recive any thing which i have promised by the tata aig officer

    Question To get the paid money return back.

    Dear officer,
    My name is RAJENDARN.V. My policy number is c301017815.. My near by office is suituated at chidambaram. I decided to join in your Life Insurance and joined in (policy date: 25/02/2006) (Issued date: 28/02/2006).. Type of coverage is under 20 years. return of premier plan is (2,00,000). the premium amount is Rs.5,018. the last premium date 25/08/2020. the No of years for the premium payable time period is 15 years. Sir this are all my policy details. The problem is the term that I paid only the first premium. And i can't able to continue the dues. so I heared that, after 5 years we can get back the paid money if we can't able to continue the premium. Respected sir, can I get back the premium amount that i had paid?

    Iam here to complain that, one of ur representative called me thru phone & promised me to issue me a unique policy for my family.Myself also agreed for the same & i gave concurrence to issue me the policy & i gave all my credit card details of my HSBC credit card.since there was'nt sufficient funds in my card, the person of ur insurance co. has swiped my card for my twin daughter's whose policy no is given above without my consent.Therefore, i request urself to cancel the policies & reimburse my Amount in my credit card.Even then i have renewed my policy & my spouse is also holding an another policy.This is for ur Kind information,and i once again request u to cancel my Daughter's policy whose detail is given below.Thanking you, urs sincerely,J ELANGOVAN

    Hi

    NON SUPPORT/NO RESPONSE OR NO CALL SINCE 192 HOURS after booking for inspection of my CAR for renewal of Insurance.

    This is to inform you that i am the customer of TATA AIG General Insurance Company Ltd., since 2005 (year of purchase of my car) TATA indica DLS.

    My Insurance expired on 21/10/2011. I haven't received any notice for renewal from TATA AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. Due to this I totally forgot to renew my Insurance and subsequently I have called TATA-AIG for renewal of insurance on 22-11-2011. As per renewal care centre they asked me to wait for 24 hours and been allotted REQUEST NO.226438 for inspection of MY CAR.

    Its already 192 hours completed as of today thereis no call or communication. I am keeping my car in my house without using the same. I don't know still how many days i need to keep the car in my house without using.

    Today again i called TATA-AIG after giving my reference no they asked me again to wait for 24 hours, so that insepcator will call me for inspection.

    NOTE that I need to get call from TATA AIG before end of the day today, i will keep quite, but don't expect me to wait for 24 hours and all. Make arrangement to inspect my vehicle by today evening or maximum tomorrow morning.

    this is fyi and necessary action

    Default About renewal and claims of policies

    I have couriered cheque of RS.11740/- No.738393 dated 18/11 /2011,for renewal of four policies .Two for my policy No.HCP07000004779 And policy no.ITIG4000002414. And for my wife policy No.SHC10000020564 And policy no.ITIG4000002415. I have received renewal of my policy having No.HCP07000004779 only. Amout of Rs.11740/- has been deducted from my account.Renewal of three policies (no.ITIG4000002414.No.SHC10000020564 ,no.ITIG4000002415 is pending with TATAAIG. for this and about claims I have tried many time by mail. No response from the company.

    Question Complaint about the policy

    sir,
    I am dr. k. nandhagopal having a tata aig policy from january 2008, my policy no. is U004505705. i am paid 36 months of payment (1000/month) without fail. but now i got the message that my policy was relapsed without any prior information. i have esquired about this in a nearest outlet they told me to send the e mail. please do me the need full.

    Default Unjustified Deductions on Freelook Cancellation

    Sir,I had requested for a Life Insurance Policy providing me a coverage of Rs 500,000/- which had been assured by your representative and a Sales Manager accompanying her though with higher mortality charges. However on receiving the Policy Document I found that the coverage provided was only for Rs 350,000/-.I therefore returned the Policy very next day to your Branch office at Ranchi. I have received a cheque for Rs 47392/- .Deduction of Rs 2608/- has been made which is not justified. A loss of Rs 2297/-shown in the letter under which cheque was forwarded,gives no reason for such deduction. Not providing policy as required and assured and thereafter deducting Rs 2608/-without justification, is not acceptable. Kindly refund the unjustified deduction of Rs 2297/- at the earliest.My Policy No. was U054395033.
