Hi sir,

I had a two wheeler loan from HDFC bank, due to some financial crisis, I had not
able to paid EMI for last 15 months, thinking that I will pay all amount later when
my financial crisis will be over. HDFC bank‘s recovery agents threatened me and
forcefully taken my bike without giving me any receipt or showing any identity
proof that they belong from HDFC bank. This incident happened on 16/03/2009 at
approx 12:30 PM on GAZIABAD-LUCKONOW road near about Electronic City or 400 meters
far away form RED LIGHT when I was coming from NOIDA SECTOR 62 by bike, they (5
bikers) stopped me threatened me and told me “Are you AMAR DEEP, I told yes then
they asked why did you not pay loan amount”, without listening to me they taken my
bike and run away, all my two wheeler’s paper like RC and other papers I am
worried; they can misuse or do anything from my bike, because I don’t have any
proof to show anyone the HDFC back’s recovery agents taken my bike. I went to
JAHANGIRPURI POLICE STATION; they refuse to log FIR saying that you need to go the
police station where this incident happened.

Please log this as a REPORT/FIR against HDFC bank and suggest some fruitful way to
resolve this issue.
