Sir,
Two times I have brought to notice to Nodal Officer, Delhi that I applied for
Reliance Wi-Fi internet connection in Dec08 at Aya Nagar. As per formalities
of Reliance Communication, i deposited the advance sum of Rs 3367 through SBI
Cheqe No. 164232 on date 20/12/08. The receipt no of Payment is
13000010732605.
However when survey was conducted by technical team, the feasibility of connection
was not found due to absence of signal and they refuse connection and assure for
refund.
Since then i was in continuously touch with executive to refund the paid amount. But
the same has not been refunded yet.
so, you are hereby awarded to look into the matter and please take necessary action
to process of refunding the Rs 3367 sum.
