Reliance Money Chaos
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Darshna Patel. I have a demat account of the Reliance Money (Cllient ID
- D00040989).
Initially i did not know much about the limit Card functionality. I changed
some settings
online at my account. But then i called Customer care to cancel all my Limit
card options and
then they recharged the PR-500 Limit Card option. and the customer care
person told that once this
PR-500 Limit card will be finished then they will convert it to the
Bi-Monthly 1000 option.
Now they did not convert my plan to the Bi-monthly 1000 option and just
continued to cut the
charges according to the PR-500.
In this way Reliance money took my 17000/- (in multiples of 500) in a 15
days.
Now, the customer care person told me before that they cant change any Limit
card options from
their side and they have cut down the money from their side only.
The amount is quite huge for my kind of trader who hardly trade.
Reliance money should have informed me of such transaction before deducting
such huge amount from my account.
There should be such rule if the customer's Limit Card charges (17000/-) are
going beyond the yearly
charges (5000/-) then the customer should get informed to change the Limit
Card option.
Now, i am having very high expectations from you, that you will help me get
back my money.
If this is happening to me, then i cant imagine what must have been
happening with the people
who may not be much aware of the online trading.
