Dear sir,
With ref to your mail dated 14th of march , i would like to
confirm you few things .... 1) As u said there has been no harrasement
from the recovery agents of kotak regarding payment of my personal loan
(SPL -173631)EMI , I would like to inform you that i have all the
conversation recorded on my cell + the mp3 converted file also. I have
been threatened and abused by your recovery official to the extreme . So
if the bank is not ready to accept the fault , i would rather pay the
money to court...I dont expect this kind of reply from your end .I would
rather request you to please investigate the matter and if require take
my help to recognize those agents and do the necessory steps against
them..thankssss 2) U also said that your officers are continuously
following up with me . I would like to bring in to your notice that on
2nd / 3rd march , as soon as i got my salary credited , i myself have
approached to the bank (called) and spoke to one of your officer in
kalina kotak branch to send one their executive to collect the dues
EMI amount. But I was told to personally come to kalina branch and pay
the dues installement..I dont want to disclose the name of that bank
person...since that day , till today i havent got any of the reminder
call from bank person... 3) As per your mail , u also said that u havent
got any request regarding asking for welcome kit , loan disbursment
seduale etc ...I would like to advice you to plz crosscheck with your
concern department regarding that coz as per i know if the matter will
open ,its not very difficult to find out the same. I also want to tell
you that , its a banks responsibility to send the welcome kit and loan
disbursment seduale to the customer irrrespective of whether the customer
has asked for it or not... 4) Dear sir , I had received a mail from your
side dated on 27 th feb 2009 , mentioning that you are investigating my
case with the concerned department and you will update on the status
shortly. you had also requested me provide with some time to get the
issue resolved..I am very upset to know that inspite of giving so much
time you have come out and saying indirectly that there has been nothing
happen and the customer (me) is lying that he has been harrassed ,threatened and
abused by the recovery agents.and that too inspite of giving all the
proofs , telephone no. and executive names also...This is really not
happening sir...I want to know that what action did bank take againts
those agents. I think i have given sufficient time till now. Dear sir , I
would like to strongly remind you that the bank has to take the necessary
steps against those agents who has harrassed me inspite of my soft and
polite behaviour . I had taken personal loan and i am paying heavy
interest rate on that . Also if the cheque bounces , the bank charges me
heavy cheque bounce charges with 3 persent compounding interest..The bank
has got no rights to harrases the customer if the cheque got bounce once
due to some unpredictable circumtances .I myself have a salary account in
kotak mahindra bank andheri lokhanwala branch and i am a gunine customer
of kotak bank . . If the person (either recovery agent or the bank
employee) doesnt know how to speak with the gunine customer then the bank
should take strong and necessary step against those persons instead to
covering them. Also plz dont consider that , by telling all this to
you, i dont want to pay the EMI . Infact i myself went to kalina today
itself to pay the EMI but unfortunately i dint know that the bank is
closed on saturday and sunday (spoke to shweta if i am not mistaken...).
I would once again request you to reverse the fine charges this time and
send me the achknolegment for the same. Also i shall pay the due EMI with
no delays...I also make sure that the EMI will not bounce in futute. I
would also beg my parden for the losses if bank had to suffer because of
my delai in payment..
