Hi ,

I'm Sunil. I'm paying EMI's of Rs700 through credit card for two
ICICI lombard policies one on my name and the other on my mothers name. My
credit card is expired now, and still they are sending statements without
sending new card. While taking the policy they said no charges for
cancellation and can cancel the policy any time by simply calling the
customer care. when I called customer care and said to cancel the policies
they said to pay the remaning premium's and then they will cancel charging
70% as cancellation charges. When I asked about what the sales person said
regarding no charges for cancellation, the customer care is telling the
sales team might have no knowledge about cancellation or they might gave
misguided me. I think the sales person should not give false information
while selling a product and customer care is supporting them which is not
good on their part.

I want to take this further to take action against them. Assist me in
this.
