I arranged the lombard policy on net to confirm the details.
I spoke to lomabrd on 020309 to confirm the details/policies claims.
I was told by mr ravi that he will call me to confirm the details.
After one hour i got sms that 15000 are debited from my icici card a/c.
I spoke to icici lombard vide complaint no. 10309352
i spoke to lombard vide complaint no. 2030922 on 020309
i spoke to lombard vide 4370877 on 040309
i spoke to credit card dept. At hyderabd with miss sarla for wrong debiting the
amount of 15000. On 040309
i also spoke to mr raafiq of icici lombard on 040309.
No one is cooperating and still my policy is not cancelled.
My 15000 are converted to 12 emi of 1250 pm as per card dept on 040309.
Without my confirmation.
Everytime credit card says to talk to lombard.
Lombard does not cooperate to me
can you help me to cancel the policy and get me reversal of my 15000 back to my
card account.
